A total nightmare! Tried for over a week to withdraw my funds but to no avail. Website says that your address can be verified by send a utility bill - it doesn't say that it has to be "signed and stamped"! Worst of all, they charge $50 minimum for a bank transfer - extortion! When I finally received my funds via 3 seperate processes, I lost over £50 in 3 transaction fees - I was just happy to get any money back!

PM cannot be trusted page always crashing and to withdraw is an issue all the time they keep logging you out sending rubbish otps worse of all no live customer service just emails they have no business, credibility or technicalities handling such services

I won’t waste my time and money anymore!!!!
