This nasty little company makes out it can facilitate bank transfers internationally via swift. As soon as you actually come to perform a transfer they request you use a list of horrid little untrustworthy providers with .ru extension websites! These companies then want 10% of your transfer value and a fee on top! Unbelievable. Stay away from this firm.

I am satisfied with how this service works. There are no complex functions here, and therefore I figured it out with ease. It was enough ti read the instructions.

Just opened my account and into the process of verification, submitted drivers licence with address indicated, then proof of address document such as bank account statement. Just keep on reiterating that it is me, Still, whoever that is in the accounts verification doesn't use common sense, denied my identity and requesting me to go to my local authority and ask the officials to sign with seal that I am that particular person. After leaving a one star review in Trustpilot here: trustpilot[dot]com/reviews/63bffa454d0773066a35ab9c, PerfectMoney team gave a second thought, asked me to go through KYC check again and generated a new password for me so that I could access my account. Yes, I did it successfully. I finally took all my money away from my account for USDT.

My question is why did they ask for the KYC check again whereas I already did it and got approval when I registered an account with them? I have actually done quite a lot of transactions with this ewallet without any problem? or they just want to do whatever they want to their will?

In my culture, it's said that 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me' (một lần bất tín, vạn lần bất tin). I don't dare to use this ewallet again because I don't know if my account would get locked again when I wake up in the next morning.

Honestly I am not sure how they can have a 4-Star overall review when 45% of the reviews are 1-Star and 47% are 5-Star - Trustpilot please check your calculation formula. I counted 77 5-Star reviews, 75 1-Star reviews, and factoring in the others (2, 3, & 4-star) it should be no greater than 3-star review rating.
As many others have stated, practically impossible to confirm your identity using their procedures. They make it easy to get your money into their system but getting it out is a different story. If your are one of the lucky few to get your identity verified after months of painstaking efforts, be prepared to get hit with a bunch of outrageous fees to get your money out (even crypto). If your considering this service I strongly advise you to completely read their term & conditions and fees schedule so you can make an informed decision to use this service. Be aware that not all fees are listed on the fee schedule webpage including fees from their third party exchange partners and get passed on to you.
Regarding the 5-star reviews as they all sound the same... many are identical with the others having same wording, highlights, context, etc.
Be suspicious of the 5-Star reviews but more importantly take the time to read the other reviews as they are trying to warn you of the potential of losing all your money and not just about the bogus fees. Be safe, be well, & be smart.
