Extremely disappointed in the perfume direct. My order was not delivered successfully, despite following up with the delivery company (Royal Mail) and perfume directs customer service I have not had any response or reassurance they will resolve this matter or provide a refund.

Royal Mail tracking and proof of delivery confirm that the order was delivered successfully to the address provided. As per their process, we’re required to allow an investigation period, as items are often recovered shortly after.
Your case is currently in progress, and if the parcel hasn’t been found after this timeframe, we will escalate this with Royal Mail and support you further.

Hi Mohamad, I can see your item was delivered successfully by Royal Mail on the 19th March however you claimed you have not received your item. We are submitting a claim to Royal Mail currently - i'm sure you can appreciate this takes a bit of time for Royal Mail to look into this claim. I can see we have responded to all tickets you've logged on our supportal. I realise it's a frustrating situation but we are trying our hardest to get this resolved. Thanks!
Prompt delivery, excellent prices
I have used Perfume Direct before and I find them very prompt with their delivery and prices astonishingly good.
Additionally, the perfumes are exactly as you would expect the scent to be. I have used other sites and have found when perfume arrives It really is not exactly what you were looking for, however, with Perfume Direct it is the genuine article. Thank you so much for your prompt delivery and I shall be purchasing from Perfume Direct again.
