BOX DAMAGED AGAIN.Product missing AGAIN.They will do what ever they can to not reimburse you.I should have learned the first time. I will now have to open multiple cases with Paypal.

They didn't fill out the paperwork correctly and I paid $72 for FDA (?) clearance. It was just face spf and some skin care, total order was only $300 with"free" UPS shipping. I won't buy there again.

This company is a scam. Have been waiting 3 mos for product. Not product and they won't provide a refund. Buyer beware.

Buyers be aware: SCAM Selling fake products: this place is a scam and sells fake products. I have purchased 3 Chanel cc creams that were promised to be authentic. They were not. They came in fake Chanel products boxes missing expiration dates and even the shades of the cc creams were not matched. Something completely different poured into what is supposed to be channel bottles. The worst part is that is impossible to ge them returned and get a refund. Customer service barely responds. They won’t give me a clear information on where to ship it back to. They keep saying that they don’t have courtiers in US.

This company is a scam. I never received my package. I contacted Perfume’s Club customer service and there was no resolve. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I've used it 3 times and It worked out well for me. Company is based in Spain and i use It to buy some products i cannot find in the US. So far delivery was fast and I got all the products I ordered.

Horrible experience! I received an empty box! But the customer service asked me to file the carrier claim. The USPS only asks the sender to file the claim. The customer service team never answered my question! Totally scam! I wasted $170!

Be careful of possible fake products!
I ordered different L'Oréal París face cream, tried two and got chemical burns.

Took a while to receive a pair of glasses (think they are in Netherlands) but the glasses were a diff color than on their website - but NO RETUNS from the US! Booo! You get a 1-star rating. Loss of 50 bucks - will not use them again

This company is a scam! I ordered 6 bottles of shampoo but they only shipped four yet charged me for 6! They told me to address the issue with the carrier but the carrier has nothing to do with this. Horrible customer service!!!

I use it for some times and always satisfied. Products are good for cheaper price. And every time I receive my parcel clearly without 2-3 weeks.
I can’t believe that so many bad reviews! I think the problem is just your country’s post company not good!

Never received my order. It was promised in 12 days. Then after a month they said 7 more days. Then 90 more days. Nothing. Do not but from them. It is a scam

Voy a reportar esta compañía mañana mismo , hice una orden el 7 de enero 2023 (un jabón y una crema) hasta ahora no tengo nada , Gracias a Dios no soy la única y todas las evidencias están en los comentarios, ellos ya cerraron su cuenta oficial en instagrams, seguramente por los robos k an estado haciendo , me estraña d k tngan buenos comentarios o serán también falsos ? Y kise llamar a mi banco para no pedir otra tarjeta pero lo haré , unos ladrones k se aprovechan de los sentimientos de sus clientes, deberían de cerrar ya pork no hacéis nada , mas de mil comentarios en todas partes de vosotros (negativos) y no hacéis nada para mejorar , pork claro no os interesa pero yo si recupérate mi dinero . Scammers do no buy from this company, they are not going to send nothing and you will not be refunded, paid attention to the reviews, more than 10 people can’t lie

I have never received my Isabelle Lancray order! I received an empty box, with nothing in it! I had to fill out a declaration form but never received another answer besides “we are awaiting your response”. Total scam! Don’t buy from them, very disappointed!

I have never received my order. The company opened the investigation and told me that the order was delivered, while I have never received it. I have camera on my door (ring) and I have told them multiple times that no one tried to deliver anything. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. The products they send you are in a different language, they make you take tons of pictures, and drag out a return. Its been 10 emails back and forth and I still cannot get a return label to send this fake product back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a skin product in June. I never received it. The shipment company they use says the shipment was delivered in July. They offer no help other than asking me to figure it out with the shipment company they used. Terrible customer service! I paid hundreds of dollars for this High end Sisley skin product and I never received it months later. They have neither refunded me my money no more sent me a replacement. Do not use this company unless you are willing to risk throwing money away.
