Not to be trusted. this is not a honest company. Lost money with no purchase.

I recently visited The Perfume Shop at the Harvey Center in Harlow Essex. I found the staff member Lin extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right fragrance for myself.
Shop had competitive prices and with such helpful, professional staff will continue to shop there.

Im trying to use my voucher from 3 months already, last reply from shop was end of Semptember so almost 3 months ago… they just ignore emails and I’ve tried to buy perfumes using voucher few times since then, they try to charge me full amount after adding gift card to complete order, so my brother just wasted £60 on my birthday gift!

Served by a delightful young assistant named Nafisa in the Blackpool Hounds Hill branch. Explained options/ suggestions in a friendly non pressurised but professional manner leading me to purchase a lovely smelling fragrance.

Sophie was very professional and listened to everything we said with a friendly manor. The other staff were friendly and made us feel like long lost friends. We will have no hesitation in shopping with the Darlington branch again. Thank you for the excellent experience.

I came in the other day looking for a cologne for my partner, I have no idea on brands or cologne in general but the lady Maddison was such a big help giving me loads of options and testers and I found the right one I’m in love with the smell and it suits my partner he’s very excited to wear it often and I will be definitely coming back again.

We were given a short time to browse , then Freya came over with a lovely smile asking if we would like her help. I asked for perfume I had wanted but couldn’t get , she gave a grin and went and got it !!! I was thrilled she shared my pleasure making a pleasant light hearted joke as she put my purchase through the till. Lovely experience . Thankyou Freya and the perfume shop in the Dolphin Centre Poole Dorset.

Penny( At St Nicholas Center Aberdeen) is a great sales lady always cheerful, polite willing to help or assist. The first time I went into the shop she was sooooo pleasant I actually came with my daughter to buy a perfume but we ended up buying three bottles that’s how lovely she is and I always look forward to shop.

The advisor was very friendly and helpful and I managed to get the perfect gift for my mom

LOU at Cabot circus was amazing so helpfull and polite she is a asset to your company

I was served by Sue in the Carlisle store at the lanes. I was looking for aftershave and Sue was very helpful finding an aftershave with the kind of scent I described and the price point. Sue was very professional with a lovely manner and would 100% return to the store!

I’ve great experience today I came up to Burnley store and Jamie was really helpful! Customer care on point l he also have good knowlege of trending perfumes, he came up with great ideas, give this man a raise !

Paid extra for next day delivery, it states order before 9pm mon-fri for next day delivery, did not come next day. Why charge me for next day delivery then? Ordered at 2pm Monday arriving Wednesday.

Visited the Workington Shop to buy perfume. Was served by Sue who was so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use her for all my purchases. I ended up buying a beautiful gift set of my favourite perfume at such a good deal.

Wont use this company again. Website is so bad my order duplicated and the ploy, sorry too late to cancel your order it has been despatched. Placed the order late evening and e mailed directly and got an e mail before they opened AM following day. REALLY
