This site should be avoided. The dress I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and was very sub-standard on arrival. The material was cheap and heavy and smelled of fish!
The design was nothing as shown on the website.
The size was completely incorrect. I ordered a medium which was extra large.
On complaining to the company, they refused to be liable. I have now had to pay an exuberant postage cost to return it which will leave me with £15 refund from a £37 purchase!

Ordered a coat from Perry Street wear and the zip is faulty so emailed them asking for a pre paid label to send the coat back they offered me a 10% discount and said I could keep the coat, I declined as the coat is not fit for purpose many emails later they said I can return the coat but i have to pay return postage as its the customers responsibility to pay for returns even though the coat zip is faulty also on website says company is in London but the address to send back is in China. Wouldn't have bought had I known it wasn't a UK based company also the coat looks nothing like the one advertised its very thin material and obviously the zip is a very cheap one as the teeth have bent coat was just under £50 suppossed to be half price total rubbish from Perry Street wear

Jumper I received was an absolute joke unfit for purpose nothing like the jumper they advertised on their web-site. Obviously a scam please avoid at all costs. Despicable people ripping people off.

Places an Order over £50 been a month not received my item or refund

Received order for ladies trainers over two weeks late.They sent the wrong size and when i asked for a return i had to pay over £15 for international postage for a pair of trainers which cost £29.I said this was not right as they made the mistake of sending the wrong size.Terrible company to deal with,do not buy anything from them it is cheap china made rubbish and once they have your money they ignore your messages or go around in circles until you finally give up.Worst company i have ever bought an item from

Ordered an item on 4th, arrives on 24th despite their claims of 6-8 days at the latest.
Had to ring them because tracking was blank.
That seemed to shift them up a bit.
Also rang my card co to ask for refund but now emailed to cancel refund.
The item a high neck jumper is of poor quality and has threads hanging. I thought it was a winter jumper but it’s nowhere near thick enough.

same as all the other reviews company is fake and a scam . please read reviews first i wish i had . they are very clever at staying within the law but not a real clothing company in the uk .

Contact trading standard and report them if enough of us Contact them about them ,they might be able to do something about the scam they are running ,plus Contact your bank and register a dispute. Because alot of people are falling for their website and british company address is bull shit .so do not let them get away with it, you will probably not see your
money again but it the only thing to do

Absolute SCAM do not order from this company they claim to be UK based when actually in China, the products are abysmal quality and when you want a refund they offer 10 or 20% please AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Scam company. It may have a UK website and be a registered uk limited company but be aware. They firstly claim 3/4 day delivery but they dispatch from china and the delivery took over 2 weeks. The items on arrival were nothing like the photographs or descriptions and were extremely poor quality. On trying to return the items they said that I had to send them back to China at my cost.
Total scammers do not go near the company

This is a scam company! Please don't order from them!! If you have already, contact your bank and start a chargeback request. Clothing is really not worth the money, just go to Vinted and buy Hollister stuff instead.

Do not use this company. It is a scam. I purchased a large jacket for £49.50. When it arrived it was at best medium. One sleeve lining was smaller than the other and I couldn’t get my arm in. It was completely unfit for purpose and I wouldn’t have given £1 for it at a car boot sale. When I realised it was a Chinese import I simply threw it away and put it down to experience

Horrific quality and not possible to return in the UK.

Ordered a size 6 shoe and received a size 4. I was initially offered 10% off, and when declined, then 20% off to keep them…. Why would I keep a shoe 2 sizes too small 🤣

Total scam of a company!!! I ordered a pair of running shoes which took over a month to arrive. They're 2 sizes too small and they're not getting back to me via email and the phone number doesn't work.
