Customer service was a 10 out of 10 the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful to help me on which chair to buy and she had a lot of patience with me while being very indecisive. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Disappointed
The delivery was fast. Although I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the chair. It was very stiff to assemble and there was some marks on the legs of the chair.
I sent pictures to customer services and was told it was the wood affect. However the marks were blue so definitely not the wood grain. I was very polite when I requested a refund and I don’t feel like the staff were overly friendly and was told that the marks on the chair wouldn’t effect the use of the chair but that’s not the point. Was expecting it to be better quality so i am disappointed i’m afraid. Now im £21 down as they don’t refund you delivery or the extra for personalisation so now on the hunt for a new chair.

In terms of the personalisation, I've had a look at what was requested and can see that "REYNAULT" was typed in when the order was placed and this is why the personalised plaque was made up as it was.
