The quality is amazing. Just to clarify, I don’t usually spend this much on pieces of clothing but I’ve been obsessed with the brand for months and then decided to treat myself for Black Friday so I got the stain embroidered curved jeans and I couldn’t be happier when they arrived. Tracking on the shop app was available the minute I ordered and it arrived within a little more than a week of ordering from Europe. I get compliments from people of any age and any style each time I wear them. I love when indie brands deliver a good price-performance ratio and I feel more than comfortable saying personsoul absolutely succeeded at it

the customer service is awful
I love my jacket and the quality seems good but it came with a broken zipper. Nobody wanted to help me or offer any kind of solution after weeks of writing messages back and forth

El servicio al cliente nunca me contestó. Mi envío simplemente se perdió y nunca me contestaron. Increíble como una compra de $2,000 dls se fue al caño :/ En verdad estaba muy emocionado por mi compra pero fue todo lo contrario. Pésima experiencia

I love this brand, the quality is impacable, and prices are really correct for the work going into the making. I can only recommend

The things you buy look almost exactly the same as on the models. One pair of grey jeans was a bit darker than expected, but still the real pair of jeans and not a cheap dropshipping whatever.
One time I waited like ten days or smth and they still hadnt started shipping my order so I wrote an email and they answered within like 2 hours and then gave my package priority for flight and shipment so it got from China to my home in Austria (Europe) in two days.
Quality is topnotch. I strongly believe they produce evrything themselves.

Do not purchase from here. Find a store that is located in the US. I ordered an item and a week later I sent an email to get an update on the shipping. They responded to me that they couldn't ship to the US because of tariffs. They said I could wait until the tariffs were lifted, submit another delivery address or request a full refund. I chose to request a full refund and I emailed them and all of a sudden they couldn't receive any emails because their mailbox was full. I decided to purchase an item like it elsewhere. I sent so many email to no avail and then I see 3 days later a shipping label way made. I sent another email telling them I didn't want it to cancel it. They didn't respond again, but all of a sudden I get a response two days later they the courier picked it up and no refund. I will be filing a continued complaint with PayPal because this is ridiculous and poor business practices.

very flexible and fast-responding customer service, even though they seem quite strict on modifcation after ordering, they were very flexible and patient with my requests. pants look absurdly good as well.

Seems like good material, a bit small on size compared to EU sizing.. the pockets in the irregular structured pants could be a bit deeper but other than that I would recommend:)

Took a little under a week to arrive

I received my first order yesterday. It was shipped to germany and I received it just after 7 days of ordering. I ordered two Hoodies and I must say - damn. I‘m in love. The quality and the detail is sick. It’s really something different and unique. I already wore it yesterday and two people asked me already where I got it from. I literally felt like the main character.

The sizing is displayed separately for every single piece and it is very much correct. I ordered more stuff now and had problems deciding what my size would be and I asked the customer service. They answered very quick and also very polite!

I ordered the other order about a week ago and asked the customer service the status of the order because it hasn’t shipped yet. I was informed that I pre-ordered one item and it will be sent all in one package so I have to wait for the pre-ordered item to be back in stock again. The customer service assured me that it will be back in stock very soon, which is no problem for me, but if you order something and you need it fast, keep this in mind.

The only down side is that you can’t return the items you order, except there is some kind of defect. So if it doesn’t fit or suit you then you’re stuck with it. But like I said, the sizing is correct and the customer service is there to help you find the right size.

If you‘re questioning yourself if you wanna shop at personsoul, the answer is YES. If you like what you see, you will get what you see. Absolutely recommend it.
