Still waiting on something I ordered before thanksgiving. Keeps saying it shipped but have yet to receive a tracking number or item. Beware don’t order from them of you want to receive what you order.

Ich war erst aufgrund der durchwachsenen Bewertung zögerlich zu bestellen. Aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt, Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt, bei der es hieß, dass diese nach Eingang der Bestellung individuell angefertigt wird und der Versand 25-30 Arbeitstage dauern kann. Ende November habe ich bestellt und am 8.1. habe ich die Express Sendung entgegen nehmen können. Die Qualität ist super!

I ordered my son’s shirts for Christmas on 11/30. I contacted the company and told them I needed the shirts for Christmas. They told me they would rush it. I emailed them again before Christmas and told them I had not received the shirts and that they were supposed to be here by Christmas. To date 1/5, I have received nothing. They ignored my last email. Then I got a bill from DHL for $88 in tariffs. The company should have told me I would receive the shirts before Christmas. Instead they strung me along. The tariff is a just a warning. My $200+ shirt was considerably more. This is not the company’s fault but I emailed them right after the order to let them know the shirts were needed for Christmas. They should have told me it wasn’t possible AND that there would be a tariffs delay. I would never do business with them again.

My husband made the decision to buy his suit here and I’m so happy with our decision. The pieces took about the exact time as stated to arrive. There is so much detail and craftsmanship in the pieces so we knew it would be a while. He got so many compliments on it for our wedding day. I highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself to something nice!

Update to my review:
They never issued my refund and it’s been 2 weeks since last contact when they said accounting would check into it.
PayPal found in my favor and refunded my money.

I’ve had an awful experience with their customer service. You have to rely on chat or email, no phone calls. Don’t expect to get a timely response. Best case is you’ll hear from them once a week if you’re lucky.
During Black Friday, they promoted a gift card at 30% off. I purchased one. Receipt showed $500 gift card purchased for $350, but gift card was printed with $350 on it. I wrote on 11/20 asking why. It took them a week to respond and say my gift card wasn’t valid. Then they said it was a computer glitch. Finally they said they’d just refund me. Then they said the refund was processed and it’d be in my bank in 2-3 days. That was 12/6. It’s now 12/18… no refund, no evidence it’s been processed. I gave them every chance to make this right but they have failed. I filed a complaint for resolution with PayPal yesterday and I’m writing this negative review to warn others.
The really sad part is that all I wanted to do is get my money back so I could get a valid gift certificate from them to give my son for his birthday…which has now passed. Be warned. Their customer service is horrible.

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything. The absolute worst. They still have not shipped my item, and they refuse to issue a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS. COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Absolutely adore the Fuji jacket I ordered for my husband. The product description states that the shipping time will be awhile as they custom make each piece. My order shipped exactly when I expected it to, and arrived within the window as stated in the description. The jacket is incredibly beautiful and extremely high quality - I don’t know where else you could purchase a piece like this. Truly one of a kind!

Ordered two full pieces, the hearts applique shirt and pants as well as a custom suit and pants. Both came in the timeline they stated and arrived seamlessly. Both had specific measurements that they delivered on, fitting perfectly.

There are several reviews that reference the slow moving pace of customer service and how long it takes for the items to arrive. In my opinion, the wait is worth it as each piece is made custom once it's ordered. The wait is well worth it.

Quality of jacket was even better than expected, and the embroidery work is amazing.

ordered a blazer for a wedding 10 weeks in advance. contacted them after 3 weeks when i received no shipping notification. they claimed “we’re a busy growing company, your order will ship within the week.” fast forward 2 weeks after the wedding, blazer still hasn’t shipped. do not patronize this company. they are a scam.

I recommend getting a custom piece!

I ordered a blazer in mid July. By the end of August I reached out asking what happened, customer service said it was a top priority and it would be shipped out in 5-6 days. I followed up 10 days later saying it hadn't shipped and they said there was a warehouse issue and would be shipped out in another 5-6 days. It never shipped and followed up after 10 days and asked for a return. Customer service said there are no returns and would be shipped out in 5-6 days. It is now the end of October and I have never received a shipping notification and currently working on disputing the transaction. Terrible experience.

Ok I made my first purchase and was a little skeptical because of some not so great reviews and here is the total truth. I’ll start with this- my jacket just arrived and it is so gorgeous and exceeded what I had hoped. I could not be more thrilled. The communication with them is tricky. It takes about a week on average to get a reply but I learned along the way that they will reply. I am thinking it’s a small team in the office and a lot of emails maybe. So about this jacket. It’s actually their sunflower shirt and I had asked if it could be a jacket instead and they said yes for a small fee. Start to finish it was about 5 weeks from order to delivered. Again it’s amazing. I completely love it and the quality is astounding. Truly.

Ordered for them to an apo they wrote me an email a month later saying they couldn’t ship there then stopped responding, do not order from them

My partner and I have bought several shorts and shirt sets over the years - the prints and quality of the clothes is amazing! The linen, embroidered shirts are unique and made with precision, whilst the softer brightly printed short sleeve shirts are a holiday go to. Will continue to buy from them for years to come :)

Great quality. Ordered a suit jacket for my wedding and a shirt/short set for my honeymoon, both amazing quality & received so many compliments.

The shipping took a while but that was noted when I placed the order, it came when expected. These are well made items and not fast fashion! Order with plenty of time to spare.

Only wish there were more matching dress/feminine options to match with my wife!

This is my second great experience with this brand, I first order a shirt for my husband which was stunning. I ordered a suit for him this time for a special occasion. Once sent, it arrived incredibly quickly and in perfect condition. The craftsmanship and detailing is 10/10. I have fallen in love with all the designs, every piece is so special. He has never received so many compliments in one day-all thanks to the suit! I highly recommend and will definitely continue to shop with Perte Dego.
