Beautiful shirt, I needed custom changes and they made them wonderfully. They are on the pricy side, but it is a really special item I look forward to wearing on my wedding day!

3rd time I have bought from Perte D'ego! This time, It was for my husband and son - 2 incredible hand crafted jackets.
They are incredible!!!!
One of them was a unique embroidered scene of Mt Fuji and the other of an idyllic Tuscany scene. The workmanship is excellent, great quality + awesome customer service. My guys always get lots of compliments when they are wearing their Perte D'ego clothes.

Amazing. I wore the love themed jacket for my welcome party and had everyone asking if it was custom. While the delivery takes a while it’s literally because they are hand stitching these. They are super responsive too. WOULD recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Perte d’ego.
J’ai attendu 2 mois pour l’envoi de mon colis 2 articles avait été commandé, après deux mois je n’en ai reçu qu’un sur les deux ( frais de douane 83€ )

Après 2 mois et demi je reçois le second, frais de douanes 92€ alors que la marque m’avait indiqué qu’ils paieraient les frais, je n’ai plus jamais eu de nouvelle.
Je ne vous recommande absolument pas cette marque. Autant aller acheter du luxe à ce prix là, vous pouvez vous offrir un bel article.

Very bad experience with Perte d’ego.
I waited two months for my package to be shipped. I had ordered two items, but after two months, I only received one (with €83 customs fees).

After two and a half months, I finally received the second item, with €92 customs fees, even though the brand had told me they would cover the costs. I never heard from them again.

I do not recommend this brand at all. At this price, you might as well buy luxury goods and get yourself something truly worth it.

The clothes and service were outstanding. I placed a last-minute order with a request for custom embroidery on a tight deadline, and they delivered perfectly. Everything fit great, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Perte Dego makes the most high quality and beautifully designed pieces. Whenever I need an outfit for a special occasion I always know where to come.

I’ve bought 4 shirts at different times one with embroidery one that was crocheted and 2 with beautiful patterns. These shirts are such lovely quality and unique designs, any time my partner wears them he gets a hundred compliments and he’s comfortable as well in the soft strong fabric. I would say in today’s market of fast fashion and cheap things that fall apart after a few wears these shirts are exceptional.

My first order I reached out to make sure they arrived before we left for a trip and the team communicated politely and timely and they arrived well before take off.

The second order I made was near the holidays and they were understandably very busy. That order took a bit longer, but as soon as I reached out asking if it had been sent they emailed me back with a very professional and kind email and the shirt arrived soon after, just in time for our anniversary.
In my opinion I don’t mind paying and waiting for good quality clothes as long as communication is quick and reassuring. I love this company!

This an update to a previous review. Items finally arrived and they’re excellent. True to size and well made. If this company would spend a little more time on customer service rather than social media, I would give them five stars and not hesitate to recommend

I love the heart shirt I got! Hand-embroidered is accurate—it took a few weeks to come, but it was worth the wait. My birthday is Valentines Day so I always hated hearts. But my boyfriend proposed so my New Years Resolution is to embrace the love… this shirt is perfect for that. So many compliments already. My colleague said, did you make that? I said, somebody did—and they did it WAY better than I could.

Great experience. They expedited my order and got it delivered well before the promised date! Their quality is quite good and the craftsmanship is impressive.
Customer service was quite helpful and kept me posted throughout the process.

I ordered 14/11/2024 and it’s only just been dispatched. I just received an email demanding and extra £64 tax before it’s delivered. I don’t even want the items anymore and definitely wasn’t expecting to pay a huge extra tax.

Received my item (Le Martini Shirt) and at first it was not up to standard (shirt was completely see-through) however the team sent out a replacement shirt right away which was much better quality.

Appreciate the support team for helping get this one sorted as soon as possible.

Do not trust the good ratings for this company. They are extremely disorganized, will not ship orders for month+, and will refuse refunds.

Bought two shirts for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. The service was great and they even did one of the shirts in a different colour thread for me. Really beautiful quality and each piece feels so special

Shirt looks great on - style / pattern as expected; good sizing and luxurious feel to material.

Honestly, PERTE D'EGO is a total scam. They try to come off as this fancy, high-end clothing brand, but don't fall for it! They make all these promises about handcrafted, luxury stuff, but it's just not true.

First off, getting your order feels like waiting for an eternity. They say it takes forever because everything is "handcrafted," but I think they're just disorganized and don't care about their customers. When I finally got my shirt, I was so disappointed. The quality was seriously bad – the fabric felt cheap, the stitching was all messy, and it looked nothing like the pictures online. And get this, they even sent me the wrong color! It's like they're not even trying.

The worst part is, they don't do refunds. So, if you get something that's crappy or not what you ordered, you're basically stuck with it. PERTE D'EGO is just out to make a quick buck and they don't care about their customers at all.Don't waste your time or money on PERTE D'EGO. You'll regret it!

Love this jacket!! Incredible quality and reasonable shipping time. Will be a return customer for sure!
