Absolutely love everything about this brand! From the detail to the comfort of the clothing it is all around amazing!

I really don't know why Pertedego has so many bad reviews. Clearly, they have overcome their past problems. I ordered two shirts recently. They arrived within a week and they are absolutely beautiful and very high quality. I'm already looking at my next purchase. Selfishly, I'm happy to have them be "under the radar", but c'mon guys, be fair!

Took ages to get my order. One of the shirts I ordered arrived with stains on it. I asked for a refund, they said the best they could do is replace it. I never received the replacement shirt….

After stumbling across Pert online I pulled the trigger on my first purchase. I will admit the delivery time is a little longer than I anticipated but considering all the pieces are handcrafted it is expected.
Upon receiving my garment I was stunned at the impeccable quality of the piece. It’s absolutely stunning and fits like a glove. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I've read the reviews on this website, it is true the delivery process is slow but they hand-make all their materials and they have a great customer service team. (I had an issue with sizes, they actually shipped me out an entirely new size, for free and the new size fit really well) FWIW, the international component definitely adds to the challenges of delivery. HOWEVER, the products are phenom and I really think their CS team does a good job of communication.

Takes months to get the item, then you need to pay import taxes that are +30%, they ship direct from India. My boyfriend bought it, in January - it’s now March, just got a bill from customs (which it has been held because of the bad paperwork). Still in transit - so it better be worth the expensive price tag.

I will say, I was a little concerned to start! But now, super thrilled with the product, wow!

"Did I just get scammed from IG?!" was definitely a thought running through my head...

I'm 34, live in Seattle, and heading to Mexico in March. I purchased other sets from Mr.Porter, and Ssense, both high-quality luxury fashion e-commerce companies. The set I received from Perte Dego is arguably the best of the three I ordered for this trip and was 1/3 of the price. The material is super soft and comfy, solid fit, and great design.

PD needs to do a better job flagging their customers about the fact these items are made to order, and that they are a small team dealing with high demand. A simple automated email, or a modal pop-up during checkout (or both) would dramatically resolve this review issue they are having and reduce the scam feeling I think many of us have.

I have purchased clothes from here or different people occasions I ordered express shipping for expected delivery for 3-4 business days. 4 business days pass, and I decide to track the express package and I find the package is still in a other continent awaiting shipping, and will arrive 2 weeks over expected express packaging time.

I ordered an embroidered shirt and didn't realise they made it to order. I emailed the team as it was for my sons birthday.
A beautiful shirt arrived with time to spare. They kept me informed all the way through. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent shirts. The brand has a great story and ethos. It does take quite a while to receive the items but it’s worth the wait.

You can see how incredible the quality is with each and every piece Pertedego designs. I ordered the martini shirt as well as the patchwork set and got nothing but compliments while on vacation. I will most definitely be a returning customer! The customer service was amazing as well, very impressed with this brand!

Firstly, let’s start with the design. The clothes have impeccable style that's unique and colorful and easily integrated into any wardrobe. And the quality of the garments is phenomenal - from the hand feel, to the embroidering, to the color fastness of each item even after wash and care. I love how the clothes are perfect for vacay and every day.

Awful! Placed on an order in Christmas Day, paid extra for quick shipping & have contacted then through different channels and no response! Radio silence!

EDIT: finally received a response after posting my review. Disappointing it takes a bad review for some action, but I will update to a 3 star as the actual product is quality!

Communication is very slow. After several tries of contacting the team I did get a friendly response and an upgrade of express shipping. Waiting for my shirt.

I received my shirt on time. The team was very friendly and they did come back to my request. I guess it is a busy small business that you need to be patient with. The quality of the shirt is very good and the look is very unique! Thank you.

I ordered the Perte D’Ego paint stroke shirt and waited several weeks to receive my shirt. Worth it because the shirt is gorgeous! Just be patient y’all.

Ordering with Perte D'ego was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. Although the shirt I ordered was beautiful and very well made, it was the customer experience that was significantly lacking. Like other reviewers have mentioned- the shipping time was long, and the customer service not responsive. Their website policy states (or did at the time that I ordered) that orders are processed within 2-4 business days of your order being placed. I placed an order on 12/13, and my order shipped on 12/27. I paid $20 for 2-day shipping, and it just arrived today, 1/3. Not as bad as some other reviewers have stated, but still much longer than expected based on the terms I read before placing the order.

I emailed customer service on 12/19 to check on my order status and did not receive a response. After not receiving a response for a few days, I messaged the brand on Instagram asking if customer service received my email. Again, no response. This really made me tense the entire waiting period between my order being placed and arriving, and made me feel less satisfied with the shirt when it arrived despite being a gift that was loved by the recipient.

I would like to note this review is edited after receiving an email from the brand after my initial, lower rated review. They made an effort to make the situation right, which was unexpected and appreciated so I’m happy to update the review.

My advice to the brand is to be more transparent about processing times since each piece is hand-made to order, and to improve customer service by responding to emails and messages. Other than that, the clothes and craftsmanship are very nice.

If you don’t mind waiting a little while for your clothes to come in, I would say this is still a good brand to order from. I believe they will continue to improve as they grow.

I ordered an item that was in stock at the end of November and paid for expedited shipping. Two weeks later contacted customer service as it hadn’t arrived and they said there was small print on the listing saying it would take 15-20 days. Then I asked to cancel the order as I needed it before Christmas, but they stopped answering my emails. Finally asked for Amex to do a chargeback because they ignored several follow up emails. Extremely poor customer service - will not be using again, and thankful that I will get a refund from Amex.
