Mice stinking the house out
Am not happy. The bait poisons mice so they crawl away and die and are currently stinking the house out because we can't find their bodies. Beaver says get fragrance sticks etc we have those and a candle to get rid of the smell and all windows open but it's still awful.

We do everything we can to minimise the risk of this happening, but unfortunately, where mice ultimately go after taking bait isn’t something we can completely control. We’re pleased we were able to resolve the pest issue itself, although we appreciate the aftermath has made the experience less positive.

A good experience
On this second visit to help deal with a problem of rats in our garden, the Beaver operative examined the bait boxes that had been pit down on the previous visit. As expected, not much bait had yet been taken because rats are initially very cautious about new objects. Very useful advice was given on action I could take to deter the rats, including clearance of vegetation along fences and putting new grilles over drains. Progress will be reviewed on a further visit, but rat activity already seems to be much reduced.

No show on 2nd visit...no contact to explain …
The 1st of 2 visits was satisfactory but for 2nd visit, the allocated member of staff did not turn up at the 8.30am- 12.30pm time slot. I had to call the office but they could not provide a reason for non-attendance. It would have been helpful to receive a call to explain the reason for not turning up or being late. I had to rebook an appointment in over a week's time as I will be away on holiday. The admin staff member on the phone was accommodating.

Professional and efficient service team
I called the company to arrange for a home moth remover service on a very urgent situation and Kerry has been so helpful that she has arranged the first treatment visit on the very next day! On top of that, she has even tried to fulfil my request of a specific time range of 9am - 10:30am. The second visit also has been arranged to the time frame I have requested and both the technicians were very professional and came within the time promised. Thank you.
