Highly recommended. We had an issue with rats burrowing into the garden from one of the neighbours’ gardens. There was quite a significant infestation. Traps were laid and we were given lots of advice on what to look out for and how we could help the process. A second visit was scheduled and 3 weeks later the traps were checked. It was very clear that some of the bait had been eaten; however, there was still evidence of pest activity, so fresh bait was laid and further follow-up visit was scheduled. The third and final visit showed a vast improvement in reducing the infestation to almost nothing and the traps were removed. We have had NO further occurrence and are very happy with the result.
