Excellent service from start to finish. Appointment made for the very next day. Pest Controller was on time and really knew his stuff. Very thorough and very professional. Every step explained along the way. I also learned a lot about wasps. Highly recommended. Vlad was excellent.

Responded promptly
Responded promptly, came same day to deal with a wasps nest. Activity at the nest site was mostly over that day. A few wanderers over the next couple of days that died off, to be swept up, or flew off. We were sorry to have to do it because they do have their uses, but they'd got too active, too close to doors and windows.

Wasp removal
I saw loads of wasps going under our roof tiles, so we obviously had a nest in the roof cavity. Pest UK arranged for a visit within hours. The gentlemen explained clearly and thoroughly the process to get rid of them. The work was carried out quickly with due regard for PPE. That was now two days ago and there has been no sign of wasps recently. So very pleased. Excellent value for money.

Operative attended site without notifying me they were coming. Did not come to sign in. This was a different person to usual.

A horrendous experience!
I contacted Pest UK as I had counted several flies in the downstairs area of my property (kitchen, drawing room and conservatory).
Josh Hill attended and sprayed insecticide on the internal doors and windows of the kitchen and drawing room. I asked him to do the conservatory, to which he responded saying that he did not need to as it was an extension to the house and the flooring was raised in comparison to the main house. He was of the opinion that the flies were there because they were breeding under the 'original' house and had retained 'memory' so they were returning to the home.
The next morning, I noticed at least 20 flies in the conservatory - buzzing and being a horrid nuisance. Unhappy with the fact the conservatory windows were unsprayed, hence allowing flies to be present and alive, I contacted Pest UK again. The team must have passed the message on that I was unhappy because Josh Hill answered the call in such an angry and passive aggressive manner - accusing me of calling him a liar within the first 20 seconds of the call. I did no such thing. I only mentioned that there were flies in the conservatory and his bad advice the day before left us with a continued pest problem. He denied even going inside the conservatory. I must be in luck then, because we have CCTV in our home - including our conservatory! Additionally, my call was recorded.
I had a 2nd Opinion from a local pest controller. They said Pest UK's negligence in not treating the conservatory has allowed the fly infestation to continue.
I raised a formal complaint, but despite being told I will get a call within 30 minutes, I didn't hear anything.
I will raise a chargeback and revert to the Small Claims Court to recoup costs.
