Worst investment I ever made. Material were cheap. Don’t make the mistake I did. You can probably get a better harness off of Amazon.

Please Please Please do not order anything from these parasites use local companies that stock the Chinese junk I’ve been given three different tracking numbers a personal guarantee from some dude but when I asked for a complete refund crickets Google should block them.

We like the product and have ordered the second one. If you can wait the painfully long lead time to get it from China it is worth it. We have 2 German Shepards and the first one does a good job in controlling his occasional need to pull towards something of interest.

Shipping really does suck though

My below, glowing review, was BEFORE I actually received what they sent. I was told they would replace the harness….or maybe I was under the impression, but either way…I received two new plastic clips, to replace the broken ones. That’s all well and good, except for the fact that they are double stitched in place, and require an upholsterer to remove and install, at the local cost of $135. How does that help? Answer: it doesn’t. Helpful advice….If you want to sell in America, here’s a hint: if your product breaks, replace it. If you find you’re replacing too many, for the same reason, update your design. Even more amazing: they make metal clips, that WONT break, and they don’t put those on the high impact areas of the harness; they use plastic, then when a dog’s size/mass/strength break those clips, they replace with the plasic, which already broke, even after I offered to pay for metal. Their response was to say that they would replace the harness, and ask for a glowing review. I put the review in, prior to receipt, which was an error, done in excitement at the time, of the prospect that I had fianally found a harness that works…ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I’m a product engineer, and that’s how WE at my companies do things, and I guarantee we will be around longer than PetBelong….especially if I have anything to say about it. It’s a shame too, because all they had to do to make it right, was replace what they said they would. You went from a customer for life, so someone who will go out of their way to absolutely crap all over you FOREVER….nice job! Actually, you’ve prompted me to start a new company, to compete directly with your garbage, which I’m sure I will. Welcome Cerberus to the world; our three headed dog will make sure PetBelong finds no home here in America, where people are hard on things, and companies stand behind their products….look at Orvis, Duluth Trading, North Face, Arc Teryx, Amazon, etc…they know how things get done here.

We ordered one of these harnesses about six months ago, for our two-year-old Anatolian shepherd, and he absolutely loves it! Didn’t have any problems, until we broke one of the side clips, which was likely due to the -30° temp at the time (please note: one of the clip tabs broke off, but the clip still functions, and harness still works!), however, PetBelong came through in a huge way! I sent an email, asking how I could get the clips replaced, and within a day, I received a reply, in which they offered to replace the entire harness, without charge! To be fair, our dog is HARD on things, to the extent that this is his third harness within a year of owning him (rescue from Denver Dumb Friends League 3/5/22), and this one BY FAR is the best I’ve found. I’ve also paid more for other harnesses in the past, that don’t hold up nearly as well as these do, and certainly don’t have such a good warranty, and/or customer support. Y’all have a lifelong customer in us, that’s for sure! By the way, their anti pull feature (center, chest mounted metal clip), works as well as a gentle leader, as it pertains to discouraging pulling, but without a loop around the dog’s nose (which Sam hates)….WORKS WONDERFULLY! Fit, quality, great price point, excellent customer service; you can’t go wrong with PetBelong! (My God, that was terrible, but none the less TRUE!)

It did take about 3 weeks to receive it, but it did arrive and I couldn’t be more pleased with quality and fit. It’s outstanding, and exceeds my expectations. After ordering I quickly received an email that acknowledged my order. A couple days later I received another email with a link to track shipping. The shipping was via YunExpress. Using the shipping link I did see updates, but it was so slow compared to what I’m used too, and after a couple weeks of this I became nervous and did some googling on the shipping company. I read several articles that said YunExpress couldn’t be trusted, which made me even more nervous. So I emailed PetBelong. 2 days later PetBelong responded (Mitch) reassuring me. Then a day later my order arrived. In summary, my experience with PetBelong is it takes about 3 weeks to receive my order (including a custom name tags), they do send email confirmations, YunExpress is a valid shipping company and the updates, while slow, are valid, and the quality of the harness is excellent, and the fit for our Doberman is perfect. Just be patient, and contact PetBelong if you need reassurance like I did. Based on my experience, you won’t be disappointed.

STILL WAITING on an answer as to where my order is. placed it on feb 9th and still NOTHING. debating on waiting or reporting them and requesting a FULL refund. bummed out because my husky really needed a new harness

I have two Czech republic imports and bought them a harness leash and collar apiece. I am very pleased with the product. I will use this company again and I also have a son who has two German Shepherd, and plays in the NBA and will suggest he use this company also

It's not my first rodeo ordering out of country and have had no issues and delivery was on time, however this one I blame myself, when placing the order there was not delivery estimate given. I will await the post of the Yun express and USPS post. I placed my order 2/8/2023, I should have received the order via FedEx 3 to 4 days later, it is now 2/15/2023, I am now assuming they charge a shipping fee to process via snail mail.
I won't be a return customer with a slow prepaid delivery process.

Same as most other reviews. Shipping time is ridiculously long. Customer service is horrific. If I would have known this was not a US based company, I would have purchased domestic. STAY AWAY FROM THI COMPANY!!!

How interesting, 10 minutes after writing the above review I received an email on one of my pending orders. How ironic that the information sent in the email isn't consistent with the tracking information.

I have 3 harnesses and 3 collars. My dogs love them. They look amazing and the quality is top notch. Whenever we are out and the dogs are dressed for success someone always stops us and asks where we got them. I am so happy I choose Petbelong and I will forever be a customer. If you are worried don't be. The company and product are amazing.

Very happy with the product. It actually amazed me in terms of the materials used and quality. It fits our border collie very well and although it's new to him he's wearing it well and looks awesome. The padding is good material and soft.

I haven't had this very long yet but so far so good. It seems comfortable and sturdy my dog is young and very excitable so she pulls hard. I take it off her after walkies so he doesn't wear it full time. I will be ordering another for my other dog he is just calmer and doesn't pull but I'd like them to match. I will be back with updates after I've used it a while.
Customer service is amazing There were a couple patches missing and they resent them out in a timely matter I highly recommend this dog vest it is very well made.

This company is a scam, I ordered a few products never received them. Contacted support and once they take your $ they wash there hands of it completely. I found out they have scammed lots of folks out of the product. I am quite sure this company isn't real. Don't waste your $ just go to a local retailer for this type of stuff. There is no way to get your $ back!

We have 3 large rescue dogs. We have ordered the tactical vest and a bungee leash for each dog. There are not any other bungee leashes that compare to the quality and strength of their bungee leashes. Their customer service is excellent too! I have recommended Pet Belong to my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you, Pet Belong!

Stellar customer service!!!. The harness is perfect and fits true to size. My boxer used to pull with all of her weight, this harness is a lifesaver. She no longer pulls- rather you, the owner, has full control of the lead. The patches we ordered are perfect as she is a service dog. The quality is astounding! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality and peace of mind that your dog won’t pull. Very pleased with my overall purchase through them.

Great quality and excellent customer service.

Don't buy!! Poor quality, not all clips are metal, heavy, straps are thin and do not stay in place causing the harness too loosen. Thankfully we tested it at home! Requested a refund and they charge $19.95 handling fee. This harness is junk. Do your research and buy one made in USA and is of good quality. I made the mistake of ordering and I hope this review helps other not make the same mistake.

So it took a while to deliver, I understand that since the sticky labels are custom made and they are made in China and the fact that I live in Alaska.About a month since I ordered. It came exactly what I ordered and I gotta say the quality of this product is WORTH THE MONEY! Heavy, strong metal clips on the front side and thick plastic ones in the back so it doesnt hurt the dog’s tummy. The Leash is elastic so its makes it really easy if you dog pulls a lot. My dog loves it. Good job guys
