Speedy and Reassuring
Though I was skeptical, PetCerts did an amazing job. They connected my paperwork to a therapist, approved it and sent my letter to me in a span of less than 2 days. An assistant was always there to answer my questions and let me know information on my paperwork. Will definitely return when I need to renew my letter!

As we rely on licensed therapists in the customers local state to verify the customer is in need of a ESA or PSD letter, they aren't always able to provide an approval. In this case since we were unable to complete the order, we have processed a refund!
