These are great collars, the cotton is so much better than a lot of the other personalised collars which are a scratchy nylon instead. The embroidery is nice and clear. Depending on the name length and the size of the collar, it may be partially hidden by the adjuster clip but it doesn't really affect someone's ability to read the name if needed. They wash very well and come up bright and new looking each time. Lots of colour combinations too.

The customer service is excellent and they will offer advice on poor colour combinations (for visibility) or get in touch if they need clarity to ensure you get a good product. I've purchased mutliple collars over the years for 5 different dogs and they've maintained the quality.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I just received the collar and lead for my dog and it is probably the cheapest quality I have ever come across. So cheap you are unable to hold the lead as it would burn your hand. Wouldn't dream of putting the collar on my dog. Extremely uncomfortable nylon. Shame on this company. Paid over $50. Stay away!!!

Shipping was fast but material is cheap, embroidery is off centre and makes the inside of the collar itchy - sadly, not worth the price. The website only has 5 star reviews on it, they won't show any negative reviews.

Received 2 X collars quality is good, service and delivery were excellent the low rating is with the placement of the embroidery.

It's placed immediately next to the lead ring which means when the dog is not on leash the name & phone number can't be seen as the lead ring sits under the neck.

The name & phone number should be visible when the dog is off leash so in instances where that information is needed you don't need to 'catch' the dog to turn the collar around and read it.

Overall good quality & service but poorly designed.

I have bought embroidered collars and leads from PetCollars Australia on four different occasions. Fabric and embroidery is good quality. Customer service is prompt with satisfactory results. Sizes are accurate. I still have leads and collars in good condition that are eight years old.
