I visited the Preston branch for the 2nd time.
The welcome was warm and not overbearing and the assistant said that she would get someone to help me.
I came today to look for a bracelet to put a heart charm on. The charm is a fingerprint of my daughter who passed away 2 years ago, the anniversary was yesterday.

Amy was wonderful, understanding exactly what I wanted and how precious the charm is to me. She suggested asking the jewellers to solder the charm onto a beautiful bracelet that she showed me. She took the time to make sure it was perfect and her compassion was so heartfelt.

I received a text within a week to say my bracelet was ready.

No amount of money could give me the peace of mind that my daughters charm was in the right hands.

Excellent first experience with my purchase and the customer service from Danny was first class. Friendly, helpful and very prompt response to some queries I had. Super fast next day delivery also so I couldn't recommend any more highly.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to. Came into the shop to get a ring resized and it’s like they couldn’t be bothered. Staff were extremely rude and I would never go back there EVER again

I brought a necklace to be cleaned and bracelet to be repaired. They showed the fault in necklace which is repaired straight away to .
Both look magnificent now.
Super nice people, know what they are on about so most definitely will be using these guys again.

Cannot thank all of the staff at the Blackburn shop enough. All the staff are super friendly and properly spend time with you. Would like to say a huge thank you to Aimee in particular, for finding me the perfect watch and being so helpful, lovely and caring the first time I went in! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone who wants quality service and quality jewellery.

Customer service was excellent. My card wasn't going through so they offered to call and do it over the phone. I also wanted it delivered to a different address, which is why my transaction wouldn't go through, so over email they said they can do this. Arrived very quickly, even with it being over a bank holiday. Very happy o came across the website. Not experienced customer service like that in a very long time. They had to order in some gold earrings for me from their catalogue.
Very helpful staff, great ordering system. Earrings arrived on time and they called me to say they were ready for collection.
Asked for my name on arrival and the earrings were ready for me.
