Can't find a company like this
People always ask Petimint to come up with new designs and they do, they are the only company that listens to their audience. The case designs are unique and you can't find them anywhere else.
It is beautiful. I think it's something that me and many people value.
Although the shipping takes a while to arrive, but it's worth it. Now i get my new cute case

Dropshipping without customer service
3 days after an order, still haven't received any notification of shipping.
Reading comments here and there, it seems likely they're dropshipping. And doing a bad job at handling customer service.

Awful customer service and shady practices
Petimint says they design their own cases and ship them from Spain. However, I noticed that my parcel got shipped from China, which means they bought it on AliExpress or a similar website and shipped it to me. My messages and emails remain unanswered. I don’t even know if the case will arrive. Don’t buy from this company, they’re scammers.

Pedi unos Grips para mi nintendo pero no llegaron en el momento indicado. Despues de contactar con ellos me dijeron que el pedido se habia perdido en aduanas y me enviaron uno de nuevo que me llegó en menos de una semana.

Shady store & bad quality
If you are lucky you might receive the products, but they are bad quality and don't match their descriptions on the website. Definitely not worth the price. They do not respond to return requests or emails and they delete any inquisitive comments off their public profiles, leaving you completely without information. I doubt the shining reviews by streamers are real and unbiased. Steer clear of the clothes of this store, it's a scam. Btw, they are based in Spain if you need to contact some Customer protection for EU countries.

Bad quality fabric on the dungaree dress added elastic to the plus sizes that wasn't advertised and also the clasps on the dungarees are loose and fall off overall not what was advertised for £55 and will not do refunds because of international shipping
