I ordered and paid for a drug, all veterinarian info given and after 2 weeks I called to follow up on my order, they claimed that no response from the vet. I had to call the clinic and they confirmed that they sent the info, they even asked to call the clinic directly to get verbal approval. I called the pet value mart and told them that. 3 weeks passed and nothing, now they are not answering my phone calls. a TOTAL SCAM, so be careful

I found Petvaluemart online when I was looking for another cost option for my dogs Rx for Apoquel. I refuse to buy it at the vets office. Mark up there is ridiculous. Her medication is very expensive no matter where it is purchased, but recently found it at another company for less per pill, which is how it's purchased.
I've used this popular website company in the past and have no issues with them, but would rather stick with petvaluemart as I am very pleased with their customer service, quick filling of your Rx and quality of product. I decided to ask customer service if they price match and to my delight they do! I was refunded immediately the difference of the cost of my on going order.
I am very pleased with this company and their email correspondence is almost immediate. I have been a customer for 1 year now. Oh, also 1 big perk..free shipping on whatever you order. No maximum order of $49+ Such a blessing! Turn around time is usually about 3 days as they are located in CA. I would recommend you give them a try.

I am more than pleased to have discovered Pet Value Mart. They are FAST and accurate! In only 3 days from the time I placed the order for my Pug's medications (Apoquel, Nexgard and Metacam) they obtained the prescriptions from her Vet, shipped the medications and they arrived at my home. The order was 100% complete, 100% correct and I saved substantial dollars over other pharmacies and my vet's office! I am one happy customer and will gladly recommend them to others. I trusted this company with my dog's health, and I think I got scammed. I thought I was getting a great deal when I discovered my dog's arthritis medicine in a 3-month supply for quite a bit less per pill than I usually get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but AS SOON as she made the switch to the new Petvaluemart meds, she was in pain and limping and has continued to be ever since. I tried to contact them to ask to return the remaining pills (over $100 worth!!) for a refund, but they never responded. I am VERY upset and intend to complain to everyone I can in the hopes that I will get a response.

Five days after ordering the medication still had not shipped. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. When someone returned my phone call it was with a very heavy Indian accent (I couldn't understand the message).

If you check on Google maps you will discover that their address is a very small building behind a rental office. This appears to be a one or two man operation. They may have been okay in the past but there are clearly numerous problems now in May, 2018.

STAY AWAY! This company is fake, they charge your credit card and then never send you your medicine, not honor upgraded shipping methods, will claim to have tried to contact you but fail to deliver proof, says they will call you back and then wont, call center DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, wont issue refund, says supervisor "isn't there", doesn't care that your dog is DYING, hung up on me (refusal of service), failed to mention that the phone call was being recorded (and then threatened me with it later), called me unprofessional (I don't need to be professional, I'm not the one running a business). Reporting to BBB, going to write bad reviews everywhere, and I reported them to the Drug Enforcement Agency. If my dog dies because of them, I will be pursing them legally.

This site asks for your Date Of Birth. Not your pet's DOB, YOUR DOB. What's up with that? Then when I enter all information but the DOB, I click to proceed to the next step to register, and it just spins and does nothing. HELLO Petvaluemart, you do not need to know somebody's DOB to do business with them. Get real. I went somewhere else with my business.

I found everything I needed and then some. Their prices are great. I would recommend them.

Their prices are great however if you order online and have a different
billing address and residence address they want you to send them a copy of your driver's license and credit card. I do a lot of ordering online and have never been asked by any vendor to send my driver's license and credit card. When I asked if there was another way of validating the information the woman told me that she would cancel my order. With six dogs and two cats there's a lot of other vendors to buy from.

Just like the vet meds I usually get but for a fraction of the cost. Thank you we are now flea free year round!
