Pav has been treating my injuries for over a year now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Because of the intensity of the sports I take part in I need sports massages to ease the knots forming in my back and shoulders. Pav is great at getting those out.

Reached out to PG Sports Therapy as I was experiencing shoulder pain while weight training. Pav fitted me in within no time, listened to my problems and helped to ease the pain. HEAL INJURY
Had a painful HEAL after landing heavily and with some TLC and exercises given to me to do, it was better in a couple of days and not had any pain since. Would recommend PG Sports Therapy to anyone.

After years of suffering with what I thought was sciatica Pav assessed my mobility and picked out areas of my back causing the pain!
Not only has this fixed the problem it has also provided me with improved mobility to get on with my day to day life with ease!
