I have been following and ordering off of this company over the past few years and it's lovely to see the business grow bigger. They are such an affordable brand offering many different jewellery styles and I have never been disappointed when ordering! They genuinely look much more expensive and are great quality. I always recommend Phantom Jewels to family and friends.

This jewellery shop is the best. Such great quality and unique items. I love their TikTok lives and the mystery bundles. If you buy a mystery box, They’re very happy for you to send them a photo if you’ve bought from them before so you don’t get any duplicates. And if you have any issues they deal with them promptly. I would highly recommend phantom jewels!

Absolutely horrendous business ! My necklace broke almost immediately. I messaged them through the contact form on their website and heard nothing back. So I messaged on Facebook & instagram. I heard nothing back, so I joined one of their live streams on TikTok. I told them my problem, and asked if I would receive a reply? They then blocked me from their live streams. I was nothing but polite as I expected to get the problem resolved in a straight forward manner. I am absolutely shocked at their behaviour towards me. I have never known anything like it from a business. Please DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered a surprise bundle which included a free ring when using a discount code on the website.

My order arrived within 4 days very quick delivery! I did experience a small issue where my parcel was marked as delivered but had actually been left next door. This wasn’t the company’s fault, and their customer service responded promptly once I reached out, which I really appreciated.

After going through my order, I’m really happy with most of the pieces. I received some dainty earrings, a beautiful tennis bracelet, my free ring (which I absolutely love), and two additional rings. One is a stunning teardrop stone on a gold band, and the other is a delicate ring with a small stone.

Unfortunately, the smaller ring arrived with a dark mark on the band near the stone. I’ve contacted customer service via email and live chat and am currently waiting for a response. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon, and I’ll update once I hear back.. hence the missing star.

Overall, the rest of the items are gorgeous, and I’ve already added more pieces to my basket. Although I was initially hesitant after reading some reviews here.. I’m glad I decided to support a female owned small business. So far, I’m really impressed with the quality and presentation of the jewellery! I’m hoping to update you all soon with what happens in regards to my damaged ring.

Ordered a mystery bundle for my daughters 12th birthday and was blown away firstly by how gorgeous the jewellery we received was and what fantastic value the bundle was.
We recieved two beautiful rings, earrings, necklace my daughter absolutely loves them and so do I. Cant wait to order again ☺️

Well I took the plunge after constantly going back to there page looking through and placed my first order with phantom jewels, and i wasn't disappointed. Wow, the jewellery is beautiful, elegant and a great value for money. Will definitely be ordering again for me and my daughters.

I am gutted to have to write this review.
I spent ages looking into PhontomJewels jewellery, choosing my ring for Xmas last year. I went for Silver Lust.
I noticed when I opened it, it wasn't as shiny as the photos looked.
I decided to wash it as advised and I could see the water and soap suds inside the stone. It ended up just going very cloudy.
I contacted PhantomJewels and was sent instructions on how to clean it, which is exactly what I did, again it didn't work just made it super cloudy. It's like there is water getting into the middle section of the stone.
Since then, I have reached out to them and had absolutely no response at all. I am gutted because I know this ring would be super sparkly if it wasn't for this fault.
It's such a shame there is no customer service here.
I would order again but I am put off by the lack of support and assistance.

The website was so easy to navigate. The necklace arrived beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The necklace is beautiful and is great quality.

The packaging was super cute! Separate individual pink little cases for the jewellery carefully packaged, so shiny! I was so excited to receive my parcel so worth it, love the gold jewellery pack will 💯 be ordering more in the future as my birthdays coming up! Also was a cute early mothers day gift 🎁 💖

When ordering you think Could it be a scam but I thought I would order and see what happens. I went for a mysterious box and then message them asking if they can put order together for 16 year old. Order didn't take long to come and it's perfect all the jewellery is lovely and I would definitely order again. Fantastic service and quick reply from them.

I’ve ordered double boundle after my first one, everything is beautiful and stunning. Love it all ❤️ and highly recommended to treat yourself or for a gift someone you love ❤️

I was looking at this company for a long time wanting to buy... literally about 2 years! A while back I asked on live chat about an item, and the advisor was kind of rude, and it put me off ordering. I figured maybe a one off/bad day, and hinted to my husband, who bought me one of the suprise bundles for my birthday. The items are lovely, they were packaged just like the videos, they look like they do online, and I love them. It's a good value bundle and great items. BUT, my husband said he also had a bad experience with customer service - a kind of rude response when asking a question. It's a shame the customer service is a let down when the items are so lovely!

Edit to add: after this when I went to wear one of the bracelets for the first time, it was missing a stone! Customer service was good doing a return/replace. So... make of this mixed bag review what you will

The quality of the jewellery is fantastic and well worth the money! The delivery was also very quick and the item arrived nicely packaged in a leather pouch inside a box. I will definitely be making more purchases from here. The ring I ordered is honestly so beautiful and I have had so many comments about it.

I’ve tried reaching out through Facebook, Instagram, email, their contact form, and live chat, but I haven’t received any response. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to share my experience here.

The products are disappointing and feel cheap. Before ordering, I watched numerous videos and thought most of the items looked stunning. However, the rings I received were plain and had a tacky, obviously-fake appearance. The one ring I truly loved and was excited to wear lost its stone in less than two weeks.

One necklace was so unimpressive that I gave it to my 10-year-old niece, and even she found it tacky and too young for her.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed - not just with the poor quality of the items but also with the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue with the broken ring.

Update: I finally had a response via their live chat which was almost comical. I was asked for a picture of the ring, and they told me the ring was promotional and no longer in stock, so couldn't be replaced. I asked if they could replace with something similar and they said it wasn't their policy. We went back and forth about how bizarre this was, until eventually they said they didn't have my size and there was nothing they could do.
Utterly ridiculous.

Please don't waste your time or money on this tat.
