Working with PCC was one of the best decisions I made during my job search. From the beginning, the team helped me clearly define the type of role I wanted and what my ideal career direction looked like. That clarity made the entire process more focused and productive.

I was feeling really burnt out at my previous on-site role and wanted to find a new job as fast as possible, which was stressful in itself. I worked with Pharmacy Career Coach to help me navigate the process, and they were incredibly supportive and provided a wealth of resources throughout my job search. Within four weeks, I received three job offers: one in-person role, one remote role, and one per diem position. I ultimately accepted the remote role and the per diem role. Their résumé and LinkedIn team were especially helpful.

I enrolled with Pharmacy Career Coach after being drawn to their marketing around helping pharmacists “get hired fast” and offering a refund if the program wasn’t successful. Nearly four years later, I am still in retail and was ultimately denied a refund despite multiple documented issues with continuity, communication, and service delivery.

Over the course of my time with PCC, I experienced repeated disruptions in coaching support, long gaps in follow-through, and zero (yes zero) meaningful networking assistance. At critical points in my career transition, I was left without active guidance for months at a time.

The résumé support I received early on did not generate a single interview, even after hundreds of applications (it looked like a word salad written in cursive). Later revisions closely resembled what I had already submitted, with errors and minimal substantive improvement.

I also learned, only after pushing for clarity, that their refund policy is extremely conditional and not tied to any defined timeline or outcome. Despite the way the program is marketed, there is no clear standard for what “get hired fast” means, and no guaranteed path to a refund even after years of participation.

For comparison, I received more practical connections and support (from Misfits and Happy PharmD) free pharmacist communities than I did through this paid service.

This was simply my experience, but after nearly four years, I would not choose this program again.

*UPDATE*
I want to clarify a few factual points for accuracy.

Pharmacy Career Coach did not place me into any of the roles referenced below. The remote Clinical Health Outcomes role and my current position at MediSuite were obtained independently, without interviews, referrals, applications, or networking initiated by PCC.

More importantly, neither role aligns with the outcome PCC marketed to me when I enrolled…namely, being “hired fast” into an industry, non-retail career path through their program. The remote outcomes role was not an industry transition facilitated by PCC, and my current role was secured outside of their services.

My review is not disputing that I have been employed; it reflects that PCC did not deliver the outcome they marketed or meaningfully contribute to those roles, while also denying a refund despite documented service disruptions.

I enrolled in the Pharmacy Career Coach program with a specific goal of landing of Regulatory affairs, Work from home, Medical writer or any other job which could satisfy my current pay rate. I was initially assured by Mike that my salary range expectation was achievable despite my lack of direct experience. This assurance proved to be false.

Specific Issues & Lack of Results:

Zero Interviews: After having my resume, CV, and LinkedIn profile "optimized" by the program, I have applied to numerous positions and have received zero interview invitations to date. The core deliverable (getting interviews) has not been met.

Generic Coaching Advice: I had multiple coaching sessions (4-5 with the main coach, one with a Regulatory Affairs coach). The advice was largely generic, such as "join social media groups" that I was already aware of, or "go out and meet new people." I received no concrete, actionable strategies that yielded results or get me interviews.

Regulatory Affairs Specialization Failure: The RA coach simply directed me to groups I already knew, which provided no new networking value, further indicating a lack of specialized insight into a non-traditional pharmacy career path.

Misleading WFH Support: I urgently needed a work-from-home opportunity because personal medical reasons of my son. I was directed to one company and, despite sending numerous emails and texts, received no timely or viable opportunities. The only WFH opportunity offered last week had an unacceptably low salary, failing to address my critical financial need and the promise of immediate help.

The Financial Impact:

I have invested $5,000 into this program. Given the zero interviews, the generic nature of the coaching, and the failure to provide the specialized help I was promised, I simply do not see the value for the high cost.

I have formally requested to cancel my subscription and receive a refund/reversal of charges as I am not scheduling any further coaching sessions. Overall, It's very expensive course with the guidances which you could get very easily by yourself from watching FREE Videos. Not satisfied at all. No email communication from management which I sent email to them 2 weeks ago.

As, I wanted to add the fact as reply what I got from Pharmacy Career Coach ( I am adding on 02/07/26 and this is very true for other readers to read and make decision about their money to spend or not??) - I just wanted to say that I had Professionally made CV and resumes which brought ZERO Interviews, Multiple people got connected from Linked in in professional Network and everyone said GOOD LUCK but, they couldn't help me, I got 4 sessions with coach and we found about myself but, No values added. And, I paid lots of money to them. It's my experience that I would like to share
