Pathetic service
Pathetic service. I placed an order, their website was glitchy, kept emailing them and calling them and I was transferred from one person to another. It's been days and I still have no clue about my order status.

Pathetic service. I placed an order, their website was glitchy, kept emailing them and calling them and I was transferred from one person to another. It's been days and I still have no clue about my order status.
Terrible online customer service.
They sent me no email -after I placed the order.
I even waited several days bf contacting them by phone.
I spoke to some Asian -sounding female.. and she claimed she couldn't locate my order.
I gave out the right email, but it transpired that she wasn't listening correctly...and still insisted that she couldn't find my order.
I said the payment was taken out of CC.
I then had to give her more info, it took her a number of minutes bf she was able to realise her mistake.
She then tried to blame me for the mistake.
She also rudely cut me off.
I had to ring them again...and the other female operator said- there was a delay with the order, as they had to reorder one of the products.
I told her that I should of been informed about the delay.
They only sent me confirmation of the order after I complained.
I wanted to speak to a manager but was told no one was available.
This is not the first time I had to demand an update on my order from pharmacy direct.
It also happened around 2 years ago.
I rarely purchase from this company and given how pathetic they are, I doubt that I will again!
Most companies do send you an email after you order.
They at pharmacy direct are too damn lazy to.
Just an update on this complaint;
I received word from a manager and have received an apology, an told my order would be sent out promptly.
I appreciate the assistance and hopefully the service improves in future.
Terrible experience for the following three reasons:
1. Shipping – I had to pay for shipping but this was not clear online until I reached the checkout (advertising stated over $99 would attract free shipping). I felt deceived and expected to receive a refund but upon following up, was told that parcels over a certain weight attract a shipping fee.
2. Delayed shipping – I waited approximately three weeks to receive this order. I had no idea on ordering that there were any supply issues (otherwise I would not have proceeded) and so I needed to purchase alternative items in the interim (requiring additional time, money and effort).
3. Expired products - When the order finally did arrive, I received four products that expired the previous month.
4. No resolution - There was a very arduous process for flagging issues (web chat followed by multiple e-mails followed by five-day delay for "Manager" to contact - who (ignoring all of the other issues) insisted that I would need to return the expired items due to wholesaler "owing" the company a "credit" for the expired stock and to "make sure the wholesalers selling the product are pulled up on the issue".
No other solutions were offered for any of the above and refund (for expired items) was refused without physical return of the items (despite multiple photos being provided as evidence).
Buyer beware.
Ordered for the first time and I was pretty happy, my products came really quick even with covid slowing things down.
