Wonderful service
Wonderful service, managed to get an appointment within hours for an infection on the online booking service which was quick and easy. The pharmacist was very understanding, thorough and prescribed me some antibiotics. A fantastic service thank you.

Amazing Staff and Pharmacy
The staff were all polite and knowledgeable. Felt at ease speaking to them. They explained the full process from start to finish. Service was soo easy to use and book.

The service for ear wax removal is overpriced and totally inflexible
The service for ear wax removal is grossly overpriced and totally inflexible. Due to surgery on my left ear I cannot have my left ear cleaned at the moment. No facility for one new and one later so total cost is £120
This is beyond the reach of an 82 years old pensioner.

He was incredibly helpful, highly approachable, and immediately made me feel at ease during what can normally be a daunting appointment. He took the time to thoroughly go through my medical history, explain the treatment options clearly, and focus on realistic, sustainable goals. The clinical oversight felt very safe and professional. I highly recommend this service for anyone starting their weight management

Would definitely recommend
When I called they answered straight away- the lady on the phone was very polite. The pharmacist that assessed me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Will definitely use them again if/when needed.

Very professional pharmacist.
I had a good experience at the pharmacy every thing was explained to me about my 24 hour bp monitor and my results the following day, also what I should expect when the GP gets my results.
