Chatted online with Marilyn S. on order status and to make sure they received my prescription from my doctor. My prescription had been received and the approximate time my order would ship

2 stars as at first they were fine. Then all of a sudden prices went up over 70%, while competing pharmacies were actually below Pharmstore's pre increase level. The price match guarantee is rubbish. Read the fine print, "in stock". In over 15 years of buying expensive drugs from Canadian pharmacies, I have never once received a shipment direct from a Canadian phamacy. As best I can tell, their entire mission is being a middleman, there is no inventory or "in stock" position.

The first order went well, however when I needed a re-fill, the Price Doubled. Actually it was a few dollars less than double ($140.00 to $276.00). It's time to look elsewhere. Very disappointing. Apparently it was a scam to start with.

I ordered some stuff from the website and paid via Bitcoin 10 days ago and they put the package on hold never sent it and won't reply to my emails, scam for sure

Never received my order. They don’t even have WhatsApp so you can’t communicate. Send money lose money.

I have used PharmStore for over 5 years. Granted, the shipping is between 4-8 weeks so you plan accordingly. I am saving money by using PharmStore for my CPOD drugs!

Same complaint as all the other 1-star reviews. 8 weeks to get my medication. Never order anything from New Zealand. My order sat in NZ for 6 weeks. Ridiculous!!!

I have decided to give Pharmstore another chance. I placed an order in June and again one in August. The product came from Turkey and I received it within 10 days from the order date. Unbelievably fast! However, I will never order anything from New Zealand again. I updated my review to four stars to reflect my pleasure with the fast shipping. That does not excuse the New Zealand mess, but I was willing to give them a second try. If in the future, they screw up again, I will adjust my star rating to reflect that.

Absolutely the worst. Every single person I spoke with was dumber that the last.
PLUS..they no longer take ANY credit cards...NONE!
Last order took over 60 days to arrive. NO, IT WAS NOT HOLIDAY SEASON. They just really STINK !

I have never had a problem with Pharmstore and have been using them for 10 years and have found them to be reliable and always the best price around. Sure, shipping now takes longer than it used to, but that's true with all of them. It usually takes about a month to receive my medication and they have never made a mistake. Very pleased and surprised at all the negative reviews.

I was prepared to order from them and contacted them to set up my account. They had already acknowledged receipt of the prescription. However, in spite of simply accepting the fact that they had a prescription written by a Board Certified CA physician in hand, they insisted in having information from me which they did not need and to which they were not entitled. Their excuse was that their "program" needed the information for my "profile". Pointing out that my local pharmacy has never asked for and does not have the same information they required didn't make any difference either. Unacceptable and completely unnecessary invasion of privacy. DON'T LET THEM DO IT!

Worst online drug store. I never received my order, they say it was shipped two months ago so you will have to wait. The 30 day shipping guarantee is useless. Your out of luck. They argued with me for 30 minutes, the 30 day shipping guarantee only works if it NEVER shipped. DONT USE YOUR CHECKING ACIUNT to pay for your order. Use a credit card, then you have a recourse if you never get the order. They SUCK !

I am glad I saw the overwhelming negative reviews on this company before doing business with them, wow a TERRIBLE outlet!
I was going to inquire about a skin product if there is any newer medication for treatment; that simple!
But the JERK pharmacist was inattentive to my inquiry and thrice told me to search the name of medication(which I had no knowledge of)!!
STAY AWAY from this place and take your business elsewhere BUT research any company on internet.

They ship their products from dispensaries around the world. They have lost 2 orders in a row for me so I have been 2 months without my mediation. They will not do anything to find a solution or refund my money. Buyer beware.

For some time I have been ordering a medication from Northwest Pharmacy, which has a price match option. I used Pharmstore as the price match reference, since they seemed to have the lowest price. Recently, I ordered directly from Pharmstore and the medication arrived in record time. Their price was about 1/10 what I would have paid for the same Pfizer drug from a local pharmacy.

I have been using P harm store.com for several years and have had excellent service! The only problem that I have had was due to carrier service being longer to deliver at times....NOT their fault but mine. I cannot always order medications earlier because of finances.

Be Cautious it's a Scam Website you pay, and you just keep receiving Mail delivery Subsystem which means the messages does arrive at the receiver. And you will not receive anything from them and that happened after I transferred the BTC .my order #32876
And they charged me 80$

Be careful From This Scam

Pharmstore is in cahoots with Pharmstore.tovscam folks out of money.

I placed an order through Pharmshop and paid them $80 in bitcoins. Pharmshop showed my order as “ on hold “ for like two months and I’m now assuming indefinitely.
I clicked on the “ support” link at the bottom of Pharmshops page to ask why so long on hold. That link led me to a page with Pharmshop logo on top asking for my email, order number, and my messge. I filled that out and clicked submit .

One or two days later I get an email from Pharmstore saying they do not find an account associated with my email. That makes sense because I’ve never visited with a Pharmstore. So I gave them screen shots of my order number, amount paid showing my email , then the page where Pharmshop collected my info for support,

So I asked them to explain how request information on Pharmshop website ends up being sent to Pharmstore. I’m hearing crickets and really don’t expect a response. Stupid me for completely trusting a website that appears to be legitimate, $80 lesson

Piece of crap website. Screw whoever made it they’re full of you know what and you’ll never get your product. I’d punch a mofo in the face if they’re involved with this scam

Avoid PharmStore.com! The home page clearly says "free shipping on all orders in U.S." and yet they tack on a $5 shipping charge claiming due to COVID=19. That's illegal, a bait-and-switch. Customer service even acknowledged the free shipping line but refused to offer it. Don't trust them! What they say isn't true. Also the site edits customer reviews and censors, so you can't trust its high internal rating.
