Failure to provide certification
Failed to deliver certificate to demonstrate the compliance of the installation. Multiple calls, emails and no response.
I will leave you to decide whether you would trust such a business with such values and behaviours. Lesson is don’t pay the day they do the install as they won’t even complete the electrical safety certification. Time to report them to the NICEIC

Hayden and his team fitted a Home EV…Poor aftersales service!
Hayden and his team fitted a Home EV charger in March 2022. They made a mistake in ordering the wrong unit, but fitted a Rolec in place of the Ohme. Unfortunately after nearly 4 months it started to trip out and now works occasionally! We tried on numerous occasions to ask Hayden to come out and resolve the issue but for the past three months has avoided our calls and texts. Poor after sales service from Phase. Very disappointed as we now have to pay someone else to come and fix the issues.

Can't recommend highly enough
Can't recommend highly enough. Very professional, excellent job and attention to detail. Used three times for various electrical jobs including lights in our new fitted wardrobes - they look great! Will definitely use again.

TRUSTED, EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE.
Haydn is a young gentleman with a very professional, efficient; and with a modern approach and outlook to electrical installation which outdates all the old-timers, of those who cannot keep up with up-to-date new technology.
I had a full rewire completed in no time!
He is also a gentleman who is very courteous and confident in answering his phone/text with no hang-up's.

Phase Electrical DCI EV installers.
I researched and used this company to install my EV home charger. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional. They created little mess and didn't stop until the job had been completed. They consulted me on where I'd like the cable to run - which meant they had to do alittle more work. The two lads just got on with it, with no moaning. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. Well done Phase Electrical DCI.

Seamless EV charger installation
Faultless experience with Phase Electrical (PE) for my EV installation from first inquiry to installation and even post installation customer service. PE answered all of my numerous questions and made recommendations based on my requirements. All arrangements with the power suppliers etc was handled by PE, as was the Government Grant. It could not have been easier for me. Mine was not the easiest installation, but everything was handled seamlessly and without any fuss. They offered a quick installation date and it was done in time, in terrible freezing conditions on the day, by two lads who worked tirelessly all day. All the functionality of my Hypervolt charger was explained to me before they left and it has all worked perfectly ever since. I had a few questions after the work, but responses were always prompt and helpful. I really recommend PE very highly for your EV charger installation.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Phase Electrical. Correspondence was very prompt and the installation was carried out on time. My car has been delayed so I haven't had the chance to actually use it yet.

Untethered type 2 charger install
Came to fit a untethered type 2 EV Charger. Efficient, tidy, quick, polite, and helpful. Would recommend. I had lots of questions before hand, they sent me all the info I needed. They were very good value too.
