I originally purchased a radiator for my vehicle and realized it didn’t last very long. It was a defective item that created a leak on my car not even within a month of it being installed. However, I reached out to customer service and they provided me with a brand new replacement with the warranty claim.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Sent me a broken alternator and made me jump through hoops to get a replacement, then the REPLACEMENT WAS ALSO JUNK. Im sure they will give me a hard time about refunding me to. Please dont buy this shit

The catalytic converter assembly was…
The catalytic converter assembly was sent with an incorrect gasket and one of the assembly flanges was welded at an incorrect position. Customer service was very good regarding the incorrect gasket. I did not contact customer service regarding the other issue as I decided to return the parts.

Catalytic Converter Return
Delivery was very timely.
When returning a product customers often times expect some form of “resentment” from the company (my opinion). Customer service was “excellent” in tone and was absolutely respectful in spite of being conducted entirely via email (except the original contact because I phoned after hours and left a voicemail)!! Requesting a refund was easy and approved within 2 days.

HPFP works with my application
HPFP works with my application, required outlet fitting swap but otherwise perfect fit and function. Service was very attentive and took care of my concerns regarding swapping the fitting.

My experience with Philtop hasn't been the greatest, but the company that installed it, has been . I had purchased 2 catalytic converter in the last couple of months, they were too small even though the website said that they would fit. After wasting my money on that, I was really skeptical of using any aftermarket parts. So far, no problems and the company was very helpful and assured me of the quality.

I've had bad warranty claims through other vendors, but Philtop was great. Got the replacement under the warranty on my hub. Once installed no more issues!!
