Their website builder and blog platforms are super intuitive and user friendly, with endless customization options and mobile support. My experience with Photobiz has been incredible! I’ve had my website with them for several years now, and I’ve had zero downtime (which is a lot more than I can say for my previous website company). They include more features than the other guys, the websites are super fast, and they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I love being able to call them with a question instead of having to search for hours on forums or back and forth emails or messages. They go above and beyond every time. Their SEO Go program is amazing too! I’m regularly getting inquiries from clients who find me on Google. They are more than a website company, they’re my business partners. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Photobiz is top notch - I hired them to design a logo and custom website for me and the process was really great! They were patient with me while we worked through many, many picky design requests and small concerns and I couldn't be happier with the end result! I am also using their SEO services and hoping that will be a great experience, as well!

Photobiz has really poor business practices. After being a customer and paying over $900 dollars in the past 5 years to use their template site I tried to cancel. I spent over a week searching their website for a way to cancel policies, changing browsers and downloading browser updates. I thought for certain I was missing something. No. They choose to not make it easy. After a week of this, I called their phone number. Apparently, you have to call during their hours of operation to cancel AND they purposely choose to not mention this on their website. Oh, and they won't refund the measly $17 dollars for this coming months payment. The $900 I paid to them wasn't enough, they wanted to get an extra month out of me too. Crooks.

Photobiz.com is a good provider for professional and amateur photographers that intend to showcase or even sell their latest works online. Large number of templates (incl. HTML 5) available. Good customer service!
