Basically their products are ok but just know that you cannot return them. You have to pay to return them to China!

Firstly my order came and was wall lights, I ordered a light up mirror. Then trying to get a response even though the website says 48 hours it took longer. I rang multiple times no answer. I finally raised a dispute through my payment method and they responded very quick. It took forever to come despite it saying it comes from the UK my tracking came from abroad. They then said they tried to deliver it but no one was in even though both me and my partner were and the tracking said to get in contact with the courier but the couriers they state on the website they use did not recognise the tracking. Then since all this they have harassed me to close the dispute despite and email saying the dispute it now closed (now I have the correct product and confirms it does work, not sure how long for!). They are awful and definitely not products from the UK warehouse. So unprofessional and delivery is guaranteed on the website yet mine took much longer to come and come correctly. Says on there website rated excellent on trustpilot but clearly they aren’t. Would avoid unless you want stress and harassment. I wish I could attach screenshots to this.

Picadex Dreadful company, wish I had read reviews before I bought. Item took over 3 weeks to arrive despite stating guaranteed 5 day delivery from uk warehouse. It came from HK. They never pick up the phone just messages. And you have to pay for returns.

Cheap Chinese made goods being sold at highly inflated prices with lots of false statements on their website.

Never arrived.
Dreadful.
Avoid at all cost.

Managed to get a refund via Klarna.

Do not order from this company.. their customer service is shameful. There is no way to actually speak to anybody and you certainly can’t return your purchases for a refund.. I have sent 3 emails, filled there online form and also used WA to no avail. They are quick to take your money that’s about it- utterly disgusting Do not buy from them a total scam

Picadex.com or whatever they call themselves certainly don't seem to be UK based. My guess is they are just ordering stuff from temu and marking up the prices. Avoid, avoid avoid!

Please please avoid this company. There details on company house are wrong and there accounts are way over due. I wish I did my research before they scammed me

I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now that was delivered two weeks over schedule. Offered me 10% to keep then 20%. I do not require item. Promised to organise return. I have sent 19 emails. Still not sorted. The service has been absolutely disgusting.Tried the telephone number on numerous occasions never answered. Do not use this company.

Ordered lights on the 3rd of October expecting next day delivery and still not delivered after 6 days. They do not provide tracking or who the courier is when you order.
Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Avoid company!

Please please stay away from this company.
I received 2 faulty lights, broken, scratched and a complete disgrace to send anyone.
19 emails so far and 2 weeks on and still no returns form or refund.

Terrible, terrible company. They do not reply to any emails so if you buy and are not happy, wave goodbye to your money. There's no way to return and refund, despite them claiming (laughably) that they want customers to have a "hassle free experience".

My advice is to go elsewhere.

I saw an item of clothing that would be beneficial to me in the cold months I paid for it didn't get a confirmation email and to date no delivery ended up cancelling my card for fear of having more money taken out of my account, never been in this position before when buying anything on line Avoid like the plague.

My mother ordered an item from this website. All emails from them in relation to the order are from "No reply" email addresses.
An email was received to say the order has been delivered, but nothing has been received to the address. It is impossible to contact this company. They have taken my elderly mother's money and supplied nothing. Avoid!

This company don’t reply to emails, so if you buy one of their poor quality products, your stuck with it. Money wasted!! The most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 lights from Picadex expecting the order to be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. After 5 days I've emailed and rang them for an update and heard nothing back…

Update 4/11/24 - despite receiving an apology and assurances that they would contact me with an update on my order I haven’t had an update and I am unable to get hold on anyone in customer services despite several calls and emails again.
