We as evaluate if a pilot might benefit from one of several special underwriting programs only available through Pilot Insurance Center. All of the policies that PIC will recommend are full coverage policies without any exclusions for aviation. Awful Communication
These guys have repeatedly dropped the ball. This process has taken literal months, and I'm still no where near completing the process. We have been so prompt with replies and providing all details they ask for, and then we hear nothing for weeks. When we follow up, they claim to not have gotten our answers, even though they respond to the emails with the answers. It's been a complete disaster. If you haven't started the process, I'd suggest trying elsewhere first.

Upon further investigation we determined we were not receiving your emails due to a technical issue with your email SPF record. Our Agency Manager Brianna has provided you with information about best email practices to ensure your email will be properly delivered.
Brianna has followed up with you by phone and your policy was issued the next day as quoted with full aviation coverage.
Very nice personnel
Very nice personnel. Need to at times be more professionally thorough. Explain in more detailed form, and especially help obtain and record applicable information. It’s not correct to just send emails and expect the customer to have to decipher ALL, fill in, and send back. Need to be detail oriented. If something has been sent in before, a customer should not have to do it multiple times. That all being said, it is a good company overall and where I choose to be.
