My agent, Alan Meyer, did an excellent job keeping me informed and following up to expedite my completing of all forms and related questions.

I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.

All of the staff was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and provided very prompt responses. I was surprised how quickly the whole process went. I feel like I got a great product at a great price. Very satisfied customer!

Excellent communication during the application process. Less than 5 years before retirement and I realized my 1M life policy through my work association ends with my retirement, that makes sense. I replaced that policy with a 10 year level term, 1M and saved several hundred dollars each month. I can’t imagine I will need it but the new policy will still be affordable in retirement.

Talked with me to determine what insurance was really needed / wanted and found something at an affordable price that fit. When one option didn't work, the insurance rep found another that did without any pressure. It took me a couple months to make up my mind and other than a friendly reminder email after a month or so, didn't push me.
I have used the company in the past and even though she probably has hundreds of clients, Elizabeth Yaeger was able to treat me like she remembered who I was and what my situation was. That made a huge difference in the good outcome.

I received a quote very quickly, agent was super responsive, and the process was easier than expected. The rate at which I got coverage was a fraction of what was quoted to me by my local company.

First off, the team is very knowledgeable about aviation and the nuances of getting insurance for pilots. Everyone on the staff was friendly, walked me through the whole process and provided timely communication and updates even if we were waiting on the insurance company. I have been with them for 5+ years and when it came time to update coverage, it was an easy choice to go back to PIC.

It took nearly 2 years to get insurance from multiple issues on my end. Brianna Fanning and Kris Roberts never forgot about me and fought hard to get me a rate and a policy id be happy with. Please commend them for a job well done and the main reason I will continue to recommend your company!

Found a policy for me for over $1500 less a year. Very responsive. As a pilot, don’t even waste your time trying to find a policy as low as PIC can.
