Delivered on time and as described. Bow is a nice touch.
Frame feels a bit cheap, hence losing one star, but looks good.
Would use again.

Great gift
A gift for my brother in law and his new wife who sadly lost their mum the day before their wedding. Rather than being able to celebrate they had to come to the UK (from USA) for the funeral. The family hosted a wedding party where we showered them with gifts. When I came across this I just knew it'd be perfect (and light for travelling). The original arrived and was slightly damaged, you replaced this following a quick email and posted out another. Just in time before they left for the USA. Thank you, sometimes things can't be helped but you acted swiftly to sort the error and the gift receivers were extremely happy with their thoughtful gift (and saved me on postage to the USA).
