I signed up for the site's 3-day free trial, for that you have to subscribe to the annual plan. On the same day I canceled and was charged R$219.90 regardless after the 3 days.

They only let you cancel via email, there is no option on the actual website to cancel the free trial, and the email you receive is not with their name but something else.

The attendant told me that he would refund my money soon, but it's been 2 days and I still haven't received any update. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
