Good wine, good advice and good service
All very professionally done

Excellent service from our wine advisor Phil Tester.

Pieroth continue to deliver a great service especially Phil Tester who is affectionately known as "Our Wine Man" in our household. Phil continues to take time to understand our wine preferences and lets us know about new wines we might like and also when our favourites are on special offer. The quality of the wines are excellent and we know we are in great hands.

Jay is very good and helpful with what wines we like.

Pieroth Sales Manager Giles Lewis has just quickly sorted a situation that I was unsure about.

I've been a Pieroth customer for many years & before that Niederthäler Hof.

Phil is fantastic to deal with, has been very accommodating and has helped resolve one or two issues very promptly.

We absolutely love Pieroth wines. Through a family member (who we arranged a wine tasting for!) we met Philip and over the time we have worked with him he has come to know our taste, informs us when there is sales/offers on particularly including our favourite wines! Would recommend anyone to give Philip and Pieroth a go!

Phillip the rep from Pieroth wine does a great job he reminds me when the wine I like is coming in and he is a very friendly person and easy to deal with.

We have been a customer of Pierothwine.co.uk for nearly 9 years now. Phil Tester, our Account Manager keeps in regular contact with us, ensuring we don't run dry, we are able to take advantage of any special offers, when our favourite wines are available and encouraging us to try different wines. It is great to be able to try the different wines because if we buy half/full cases and it turns out we don't like them, we can buy them on a sale or return basis. However, we have never had to return any...Phil is so good at knowing what we like.

Good quality wines and a rep (Phil) who always keeps me abreast of special offers on wines that I like. Not too pushy if I don’t need wine and always offering solutions to help my budget. Nice freebie gifts too :-)

We have been buying wine from Pieroth for 20+ years mostly due to the credit of our wine rep, Jay Taak. Jay is very personable and knows exactly what we like and is very successful in introducing us to new wines that he knows we will enjoy. Overall service is great and delivery is always scheduled for a time that suits us. I'm sure we will enjoy many more years with Pieroth.

Jonathon is very professional in his approach and has developed a good customer rapport with us. He uses his knowledge of our wine type preferences to inform us of recommendations, along with great suggestions of new wines to try. We have enjoyed all the Pieroth wines we have ordered.

I have been a customer with Pieroth wines for over 22 years now. I have always found there salespersons very helpful and friendly. My latest personal manager is Jonathon Williams Stanley, over the last year he has got to know me, and my taste in wine and calls me on a regular basis to recommend wines I may be interested in. The wines I receive are always of the highest standard.

Pieroth wines are great, I have been getting wine from them for a number of years and it never fails to come up to exceed expectations. Nick Rooker has always looked after me very well and indeed kept me up to date on all new wines coming in.

Our Wine Consultant Nick Rooker always provides excellent advice on the wines on offer. His knowledge of the individual wines helps with the selection of wines we are most likely to enjoy , we have never had an unacceptable wine in the many years we have been customers.

We have been a customer of Pieroth wines for over 12 years. Their wines are exceptional we have never had a bottle that we didn’t enjoy.
Courtney Brickstock gives us a call a few times a year to see if we require any wine. He is never pushy. We never feel obliged to place an order.
Courtney is excellent at recommending new wines for us to try based on tastes we have previously liked and he looks out for any special offers. If you are looking for particularly nice wine without exorbitant prices I would certainly recommend Pieroth wines.

Great wines ... work for them but also buy the wine too!
