Awful withdrawal services. More like a scam casino that only eats your deposits away. Comes withdrawal time, they won't let you and will create excuses why you are not eligible to get your winnings. Stay away from pigmo.com!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Deposited $300. Turned that 300 into $7,000 and tried to withdraw. Hours went by and withdrawal was still pending. When I went on to the site later my account was gone along with my winnings and deposit. Every single person of the pigmo team ghosted me besides one. The one person who tried to help me ended up getting fired because of trying to help me.
People say that they are allowed to withdraw, sure when your pnl is in negative. Let's see you withdraw more than you put in though. Everyone in the pigmo chat defends them and I just hope the same doesn't happen to them even though it will if they are ever a good amount in the green.
Side note their meme coin $pig they constantly rug pull. That alone would make me question their ethnics to this community. Pigmo. Pig butchering scam. Interesting coincidence huh?

i won $4,000 on slots late night and had extra 1000 from earlier in the day total was 5,024 The first time I withdrew, it did not go through. I thought it was odd that it was pending for 30 minutes, so I canceled it. The Bitcoin was released back to my account, and then I did it four more times with the same result: it wouldn't allow to withdraw. so i said well the are working on the site im going withdraw ill see my 5,000 in the morning. I even messaged them about how excited I was about this big win the night before, and then he bans me from that Telegram . For what reason? I didn't break any rules here.

He either banned me so he wouldn't have to pay me out, or he's claiming I broke some rule. Now he's making side comments in the chat calling it an "exploit." You're telling the chat that, but you can't prove it to me or you refuse to even talk to me about the situation. You are talking to everyone else saying I'm an "exploit player," yet you can't even show me what this exploit is. I know for a fact I have spent a lot more on this site than I have ever been paid out. .The worst part about this is that people from the community who are on this site can vouch for this.

They started timing out users on chat that backed me the people who were standing up for me and saying that I got timed out from the chat, because they were basically speaking for me. They don't want anyone to know about this, right?

I've only had the best experiences. Payouts under $100 are completely automatic and usually arrive in my wallet within 1-2 minutes. Winnings are also possible; I've won quite often. Of course, it's a casino, so you can lose too. Otherwise, it's a top casino—by far my number one.

I joined since 2024 I was withdrawing small amounts until 2 days ago I win 700$ from a 125$ deposited. They cancelled my withdraw and close my account. I contacted ceo by tg to ask for an explanation and he ignored me and blocked me. My account was deleted and I never see my depo or withdraw back. In March they asked people to send 5 stars reviews on truspilot to credit them with free bonus. The truth is that it's a big scam.

Bad customer service. I deposited $110 over two days. I didn't win anything at all, biggest hit was $5. Straight to zero. They say %10 rake back, I got $0.02 in rake back. They keep emailing me saying "you have (daily, weekly, monthly) bonus' available to claim" I go to the rewards center and there is nothing.

I contacted customer service because I have a friend who played here and he received bonuses for less than $100 deposited. Ro****t in CS told me there's no bonus available. then he told me I have to wager $400,000 before I get any bonus..

Fun to play but cant cashout , when you do goto cashout they will tell you that you have to wager more if you accept their no wager requirement bonuses which makes no sense . They want 10x wager your deposit on high risk bets only . Not worth getting the 15% bonus . The 15% bonus is spread out across 7 days and 3 times a day. 10x wager high risk bets is nearly impossible . Do not play here unless you want to bet pennies like 99% of the casino does.

Why didn't I check here first? Was recommended by somebody on stake. I've deposited $60 and played through $90. They have a bonus deposit system. I received 11 cents in rewards. The supposed bonus is 240%. Didn't play anything with a house edge since I know casinos use that to scam you out of a bonus. Turns out it didn't matter. Still got scammed. Reporting to consumer finance.

The site is alright, but my gripe is their social media accounts. On X Dana put up first 20 people get a free tip, cool I was third posting. He liked my reply so I assumed it was good.

Later after they tweeted they put out tips, I checked my account and nothing, so I messaged the twitter account, no response. Then I hit up their telegram, they directed me to the sites CS. I don’t see the difference.

So after sending an email to their CS cuz they have no live chat, I received the response; The winners for the twitter contest were picked, you were not one of them. So you did not win, which is why u got nothing.
I had proof. Very blatantly they chose to judge that I wasn’t worthy of their top, that’s whatever, shady and why have the contest if u don’t honor who actually won?

Money, that’s what. I had talked to their telegram prior to this about vip transfer, and they said they only allow accounts with 400k+ wagered. Which is their right to choose to do but I feel they may just be gold digging or scammers in some way.

One of the worst casinos I’ve played on, deposited over $500 and play a range of slot games and pigmo originals. Took a long time to get into bonuses and when I did paid less then 10x. Tried to withdraw what I had left and was pending for 2 days. So cancelled and kept playing. Ended up losing it all.
