Great pillows! We were in Vancouver,BC staying at the Fairmont Waterfront and my wife loved the pillows they use! I inquired what kind they were and ordered a set!

It wasn't delivered to my door, I had to pick it up at the post office.

I was really excited to finally have the perfect pillow after finding it every time I slept at a Hilton. I was impressed by how quickly it arrived and I like the values of the company. However, after sleeping on my pillow for multiple nights, I sent an email to customer service asking for advice. I have been fluffing it up every which way and by the middle of the night it is super compressed and leads to neck pain. I have not received a response to my email and I have since stashed this pillow. It was really hard for me to spend $100+ on something like this, but my husband reminded me that we sleep a lot in our lifetime and it's really important to get the best rest possible. I am still hopeful that I will someday.

Quality product, fast delivery

WOW the customer service received by rep was nasty - has nasty tone and does not do her job she mentions one price but bills you the next - does not send return labels so you can miss out on your 90 days exchange nasty company -

The order shipped and was delivered in a timely manner. My wife had made a statement about the pillows we had in a popular Las Vegas Hotel Casino and it gave me the idea for Christmas. They are exactly what she experienced, and actually better! It is great to get a product that is exactly as described!

Pillow lost it's fluffiness in a couple weeks

This was my first purchase here and it was wonderful. I needed to replace my husband's pillows, which he did not want to part with. But it was time!!
Finding the pillows onsite was great because of the description, reviews, and labeling the pillows as stomach or side sleeper, etc.
My husband tried the new pillows and said he had a great nites sleep and loved them! He is very excited about them!! And you have 30 days to try them out if they need to be returned.
This company is veteran owned and was a great find. I plan on using them again!! Thank you for a great buying experience!!

My experience began with ordering the wrong pillow. After contacting the company, they quickly adjusted the order. The correct pillow arrived.
The service was excellent, and the pillow is / was a great purchase. I will buy all future pillows through this website store. Time and experience have taught me to pay a little more for a product and be satisfied.

This is an extremely nice company. But I am not happy with my pillow. It is not like the one I used at the Hilton Hotel we stayed at. It is much harder and it makes an annoying crinkling sound when I move my head. Not sure if I can return it since I no longer have the original packaging. The quality of the pillow is nice. Just not what I was expecting.

My husband loves his pillows! After so many pillows to get the hotel feel and not waking up with neck pain he was seeking we finally found something that worked! Very happy with this purchase.

After finding the ;label of your pillow in a recent stay at a Hyatt hotel in Baltimore, I ordered from your website. It was delivered 6 days later and it is absolutely the best pillow!! It is the same as the one I had slept on in Md and will be ordering more to completed my bed suite!
