Great way to keep your trip organized! Helpful planning tools and easy to use!

Taking forever to load. Unclear if stay was even booked although money has been drawn from my account...

Do not book with this company! It is a scam! I accidentally booked this company through trivago. I booked a Disney hotel which requires a confirmation number in order to book rides early through their app. All other companies provide you the confirmation number at the time of booking. This company did not explain that they do not offer this confirmation number in a proper amount of time. Therefore, I lost out on booking my rides early. I immediately tried to cancel my booking as it was a mistake. They have an automated AI bot who kept talking in circles so I requested a human to cancel my booking. The human’s name was Shawn and he immediately responded with passive aggressive responses. Then insinuated, he could not help me in any way shape or form. I then received an email from the company asking to review my experience. I left an honest review that I believe this company was scamming me and did not offer any alternatives. I immediately received an email from Shawn threatening to, keep my money but cancel my reservation since I left a honesty review that “wasn’t in good faith” to their company. So basically they got upset I left a bad review and then refused to respond or help me any further. Now I just received an email saying that my review was defamation and they are going delete it. So not only did they scam me through trivago. But because they didn’t like my HONEST review. They retaliated by keeping my money. Canceling my reservation and now manipulating reviews by deleting bad ones they don’t like. Like I’ve said before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now going to report them to trivago, my credit card company, Disney’s booking, and the Better Business Bureau. I highly urge anyone who has had a negative experience with this company to leave an honest review. They steal people’s money. This is a scam.

good application to travel around the world

My thought going in was that Pilot would be like TripIt on steroids - that I could easily create a chronological itinerary by forwarding confirmation emails like TripIt, but that I could also search for and select activities and keep my own notes, and all of it would integrate. But, unfortunately it did not meet this expectation. It’s not as good as TripIt in laying out the itinerary of bookings, and I found it extremely unintuitive and difficult to work in additional items and seamlessly integrate into the itinerary.

Amazing App. Really helps with engaging some of the travelers (kids in this case) with the overall itinerary and plan. I am using it for all the planning for a future trip to Paris.

I definitely like the potential it has but for now it still has a lot of tiny things that could work better (on the computer). On a phone the experience is rather bad (you can’t change much without things going horribly wrong. There is also no way to see things on a map.).

Love it so far! Great for planning and sharing trips.

Enjoying this new app. Using it to build a custom trip for me and my family to Italy. Can select various cities, hotels, flights, activities, and even dining. This is the best trip building app out there. And while it’s new it’s really great to see the thought being put into its application and the designers are always looking for input. Try this app out for sure!

So helpful for trip planning. Thankful that it is free as well. Wish it had a mobile app, would consider paying for it.

Pilot is awesome! It’s free, helped our group plan everything in one place, and even saved us money. Way better than juggling docs and texts.
