In our Detroit workshop, US veterans and Detroiters are paid a living wage to handcraft unique footwear and fashion accessories using leather upcycled from the American auto industry. We have never received any emails or phones calls from you and we always do our very best to respond to customer concerns within 24-48 hours and to find a resolution. Please email us at Team@PIngreeDetroit.com or call us at our shop at 313-922-2322 so we can get your goods fixed or resolve the issue. We have no record of any customers with your name so we're a bit perplexed. We hope to be of service in the future and are sorry you had such a bad experience.

I absolutely love these guys! Awesome customer service and a very high quality product. My wife bought me a pair of the Pingree Mayors a few years ago and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I like them so much I just ordered another pair. Keep up the good work!

This is the second time I have ordered from Pingree Detroit, and the second time I have not been disappointed. This is first class products that are designed to help all in this manufacturing process. From the landfill to the companies donating materials and those doing the work and back to the customer. All is positive here. A win - win for all. As there product lines grow all I can say is I'll be back.

I don't get excited too often
I don't get excited too often. But I ordered a couple of items from PingreeDetroit.com last nightand I can't wait for them to arrive on my doorstep. Both my children have dogs so I ordered collars for them.
They ordering system is straight forward and speedy.
I love the whole concept... the re-purpose of the materials, the fact they're in Detroit and offering employment to local citizens. Also, Veteran focus helps a GREAT deal with me as a Navy veteran.
My one question... why isn't Pingree producing belts for humans. I'd wear one with great pride.

Thanks Rob. We're working towards belts. The leather thickness and length of leather required makes it very hard for us - since much of what we get is smaller pieces - but we do intend to offer one in the future.
