The roller makes it feel more like a treatment than just cream. My neck looks slightly lifted now. Shipping was quick and packaging was clean.

I’ve tried expensive creams before but this one feels more practical. The roller helps spread it evenly and I dont overuse product. My skin feels firmer especially near the jawline. Also love that its fragrance free.

Very dissapointed

Been using this every morning while getting ready and it’s become a habit now. The roller is cooling and kinda relaxing, almost like a mini facial. I did notice less puffiness pretty quickly, like after the first few uses. Texture is super light and doesn’t sit greasy at all. Packaging also looks very clean and premium which I love.

I didnt expect to enjoy using this so much honestly.

This actually feels effective not just hype.

Totally not what I ordered, It came in a brown bottle, nothing with pink labs and no mfg listed on who makes it, Emailed 4 times, finally got a response from STAR a cust rep, to return it to a address that is in New Hyde NY, did a google search and it is a house. Dont waste your money, it comes from China, Will not use it , I will throw it out and out $80.00 Shame on me for not doing more research

I ordered pink lab and received another product not the one they advertised. I received a brown bottle with AH-8 Firming cream on it.

I use this mostly at night and it’s become my little wind down moment. The rolling feels so soothing after a long day. I started noticing a slight lift after about 10 days. Not dramatic but enough that I can see it. The cream absorbs fast and doesn’t leave residue. Definitely feels worth trying.

I cannot find a phone number anywhere for Pink Labs. I have emailed them with no response. This is bait and switch and I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I wouldn't give any stars, but had no option. Pinklabs is a scam site. I got the product and it is nothing at all like advertised, not the PinkLabs packaging, clearly a scam! I bought it through SHOP and they are no help.

The texture is really nice, not thick and not watery either. The roller glides smoothly and doesn’t pull the skin. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and my neck looks more even and less crepey. Even my friend noticed something different.

The product received is not the same as advertised. It is not from Pinklabs, but something totally different from China. Totally a “bait and Switch” item. The advertising shows a pink roller tube and this one is a cheap generic product in a gold tube that I would be afraid to use on my skin. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company and resorted to filing a dispute with my CC company. Don’t be fooled! Do not order!

I was completely scammed. I ordered a Pinklabs.co product (4 of them) and was sent a cheap chinese knock off instead. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and no one has responded. I am out over $80. DO NOT BUY from this company!

I ordered from their special promo directly from the website. The 2 tubes came and they are not what is on the site. There is no mention of pinklabs on the product. its in a gold tube and its called AH-8. No ingredients on the tube mentioned but they are on the box it came in. When I compared ingredients on website they are different. There is no phone number or mention of customer service on their site. I'm pissed this is a chinese scan

The best thing is how quick it is. No waiting around.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered what was advertised as a specific product, but instead received a cheap, off-brand dupe that is clearly not what I paid for. The item I received can easily be found on Amazon for a fraction of the price, which makes this feel very misleading.

This experience has completely eroded my trust in this company. If you’re expecting to receive the product shown in their listing, be aware that you may end up with a much lower-quality substitute. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
