Am făcut o comandă, mi au luat banii și mi au trimis mail ca nu s a efectuat plata! Deci nu am mai primt nici produsele, am rămas și cu banii luați! Nu reușesc să îi contactez…

Escroci ordinari!!!
Nu comandati de la ei!!!
Va fura banii de pe card si va trimit mail ca nu s a facut plata!!!

Nu numai ca v am trimis o grămadă de mailuri la care nu ati raspuns , dar am si sunat pe nr pe care l aveti pe firma aceea pe 0 de la Ploiesti care e total fals
V am raportat peste tot: banca, anpc, anaf….si mai urmeaza …

Mai verificati in data de 13….
Le am shot screen toate… le afisez aici daca trebuie… sa fie la vedere + mailul de la voi in care imi spuneti ca plata nu s a facut desi instant mi a venit raport de la banca cum ca acestia au fost retrasi

Exact de la firma dv am comandat….site ul vostru…. Daca ne uitam atenti pe site e f evident ca nu sunteti seriosi…cu voi acum am invatat la ce tb sa fiu atenta

So, I ordered some secret boxes and the products within were absolutely worthy. I like what I received and I will totally use it. And the packaging was amazing!!

Produsele au venit foarte dragut ambalate si in timp eficent

from my point of view, these products are wonderful, but the employees (call center) do not seem to be very involved since I was on hold for 13 minutes and no one answered, or to the countless emails written in vain. (Tip for buyers: be very careful how you fill in your home address, phone number, etc... because you will have a hard time getting support from the employees)

În mod normal sunt foarte mulțumită de produsele de la pink panda,dar din păcate la ultima comanda am rămas dezamăgită, am dat comanda de calendarul advent,secret box,și secret santa box,asteptam cu nerăbdare coletul, dar când a venit curierul, a venit cu o punguța ,care cred ca înăuntru erau cele 2 secret box,am întrebat unde este cutia ,a zis ca doar atât a venit,curierul fiind ,,fan curier,,am refuzat pachetul, mi se părea ciudat sa primesc o punguța, știind de anul trecut cum trebuia sa primesc pachetul,nu știu ce sa cred,ori asa sa trimis ori sa umblat în pachet,am încercat sa sun la nr de telefon din mail trimis de voi,pink panda,dar ascult o melodie ,am stat și 10 minute pe apel ascultând melodia,nu a răspuns nimeni😞

Your products are amaizing as always and i loved shopping from you but please change the delivery courier for Romania because these guys keep losing the packages and its really hard to get a hold of them.

I received an incomplete order and they said it left in full from the warehouse which I highly doubt. They passed the blame onto the shipping company and that they can provide video evidence to them.I said parcel arrived sealed and that I also wanted to see the proof they sent. And again was redirected to complain to ANPC which is customer protection services. I had good experiences with them but now I am very disappointed. For a lipstick they don't want to take the responsibility and had very unprofessional and cold answers. Almost like they don't really expect you to complain to customer protection services for such a small matter. But I think someone should actually do it.

Very fast delivery, a lot of quality products to choose from. I recommend!
