Never buy from this company. They won’t refund your money and just keep lying to you. Also they charged me twice fir the sand clothes and still have not refunded anything. That was 8 months ago.

Zero stars if I could. Wish I did my research before ordering from this website. I ordered 3 dresses and 1 long romper. All are NOT the same as pictured. Cheaply made with thin material. No response when I email or call. There goes my money. Ugh!!!

Alguien sabe como se puede reclamar el dinero de forma legal a estos estafadores??? 50€ me deben desde julio y a 21 de diciembre no he sabido nada de ellos..NO COMPREN!!!!

1.you will get you order after two month
2.you will pay for international shippment for refund by yourself
3.you have to wait the refund over 5 month ( bc I still waiting for it)

Pinksia are the same FRAUD A*HOLES FROM CHINA as AEROGE and WAKASIA! I have ordered SEVEN WEEKS AGO and they NEVER DELIVERED nor have they EVER ANSWERED MY MAILS!!! I am so mad!!! Horror!!!

Fiz uma encomenda e um dos vestidos não veio, pelo que pedi o reembolso do valor desse vestido. Até hoje não fizeram a transferência, e já se passaram 2 meses, sempre que enviava um email a reclamar diziam que tinha de ser paciente e esperar. Já realizei várias encomendas online e este tipo de experiência nunca tinha tido. Não recomendo de todo. Enviei um email na semana passada a dizer que queria fazer uma reclamação formal e até à data nem dinheiro nem resposta.

Terrible. They refuse to provide a refund unless you pay for shipping to China. I paid $24 shipping and it has been 2 months and they claim it has not been received still, so they cannot refund me. I'm returning the dress because it was pictured as a white spaghetti strap tassel dress online & they sent me a halter top tassel dress with tassels falling off/missing and discoloration- black mark on white dress. So frustrating. I just want my refund and they can't re-use the returned dress anyway since its so poorly/ incorrectly made.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not ever buy from this website, working on how to submit a case via consumer affairs as it's the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything online.

Terrible. Ordered a dress and paid more for express (5-7 day) shipping. Now more than a month later and dress still not received. They give you rubbish stories and tracking numbers that are bogus. Will never use them again. Beware

I usually scour the internet for hunting great shopping deals and Pinksia is one of them. I ordered a dress, jeans, 2 tops and a sweater and they arrived within 20 days. The best part is that they give free shipping on orders over 79$. Shipping to India costs quite a lot so I am attracted to sites that provide free shipping.

I usually don't post reviews but this top is perfect, so comfortable and true in size. I think it'll be my favorite. Seriouly, the coziest shirt I've ever owned. It's the first thing I want to grab when I go to my closet. Like the kind of shirt you'd want to wear on a 12 hour flight kind of cozy. I love it and can't wait to order for the red color.

overall good result from that store. I am soo tensed about online shopping but when I shop from that store I am feel happy and relaxed
