Do not buy - It's a FRAUD!!!

I bought dresses for 100 euros and never come. I have send emails they replied with beautiful lies. I don't know if they ever refund my money.

DO NOT BUY from this company . It’s a scam .... All they do is take your money . I’ve tried to email them and the email comes back to me saying it’s not current . Don’t know why FB still allows them to advertise on the site . Very disappointing . Nat

This company is a fraud. They took my money and expedited shipping and never sent the dress. It is not a legitimate business.

absolute worst customer service I have ever come across..have contacted them 5 times, still no reply. Its almost been 2 months!
Cannot send an email of confirmation of a purchase!

I request a full redund and they can keep the dress! Still no reply.

Not worth it, will definitely not be bothering with this fraud of a company again.

My jumpsuit took 2 MONTHS to arrive.
When it did arrive it was terrible quality, didn’t match the coulour in the picture and wasn’t true to size - I’m an S and it was to big for me.
Now they are asking for me to pay for a tracking service to send the jumpsuit back?!
Unacceptable- his business should not be permitted to be out there as violates all customers rights!

Terrible shopping experience very unhappy customer. Still waiting for my items weeks later. Refuse to give me a full refund! They should be closed down. I want full refund.

Scam site. DONT BUY FROM THEM. The don't fulflll orders or engage with customer service. Learn from my mistake ....

Why are they still in business? over a month and I have not received anything? no one answers the facebook messenger. If someone was able to get in touch with them please let me know how I can do that.

Got my dress today. Thank you Pinksia, it looks same as shown in the picture.

I would give it “0” stars if possible. It must be a SCAM for sure. Have not received items after 4 weeks, finally I received a shipment notification email and the tracking number does not exist. And has anyone noticed that every 4-5 star rating on this site, the reviewers speak bad English???? Honestly!

FUYEZ !!!! Commande jamais reçue...Je suis extrêmement déçue. Ils nous en mettent plein la vue avec leurs jolies tenues . on commande et plus rien.

The quality wasn't all that bad and the dress surprisingly looked like the photo BUT it came with a massive rip in it.. I cannot return it or get my money refunded. It also took just under 2 months to ship. I will never order from here again.

Really terrible quality...i ordered a dress that looks nothing like the picture with a really terrible quality.....do jot order from this site. Their transit times are also fake. I paid for express shipping and only received the dress 3 weeks later.

I ordered a dress. It didn't get delivered for more than a month. Now the refund is also taking forever. The team's non chalant attitude adds to your frustration.

The worst website. Not recommended. Almost a month and I haven’t Heard anything from my order. There is no way you can comunícate with them. Overall they charge me twice !!!!

It’s been more than 2 months since I placed my order and I haven’t received it yet. There is no tracking number to even track the order. If you want something from this website, order them an year ahead. I haven’t received mine yet. I hope I get them sometime or the other, if not sooner.

I am very happy after shopping from Pinksia. There are many online sites these days and really it's difficult to find a good one. But i am happy after buying from Pinksia because their products are great in quality and design. The dress fits me well. And price is also okay.I get my product delivery also in time. So, i like them for these reasons very much.

I didn’t even want to give it 1 star; do not order waiting 4 weeks on a shipment that I paid express for 5-7 days still not here and nobody replies to my emails.

Order did not arrive and nobody replies to the emails and chats. I wish I seen these reviews earlier before I ordered. Now I want a refund.

J'ai eu le coup de coeur sur une robe, j'ai payé la livraison express en 5 jours (20$ !!!!) (car mariage prévu semaine d'après) et 1 mois après je n'ai toujours rien reçu et évidemment SAV inexistant, impossible de se faire rembourser !! A fuir
