I did not know a single thing about EFT before Lily Soriano introduced me to it. I believe the EFT sessions help me uncover some hidden emotions by the act of "tapping" into the important points. I like Lily's delivery of the sessions because I feel that I am fully listened to and that I am not judged whatsoever. Her soothing voice really helps me get present and aware of what is happening deep within me. Her calming presence even through a virtual platform is reassuring enough for me to know that I am never alone or lonely. I also admire her technical knowledge that adds depth and coverage to our session. Thanks so much Lily for introducing me to EFT. My EFT sessions with Lily have been pivotal in reducing unwarranted stress and has eased my worries drastically. The EFT method is basically psychological reflexology which is a collaborative partnership between Lily and myself. The EFT sessions have made me feel in control in an absolute mental quagmire and Lily has navigated our sessions professionally and competently. First off, I have not used EFT before. The experience I had with Ms. Soriano gave me a deep and thoughtful insight regarding introspective modalities of the connections to mind and body. Our 3 EFT sessions were directed to bring my feelings and emotions that made it easier to acknowledge my deep-seated emotions with tapping exercises; afterward, change can surface immediately. During the sessions with Ms. Soriano, during our tapping exercise, she was able to help me make sense of understanding what is/was going on. Since starting then, I am more aware of how quickly emotions can direct and identify my perspectives, and being aware of my feelings, I can soon move forward. Eventually, I found the habit of practicing self-care and relish meditative peacefulness.
