VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I am extremely disappointed with this travel agency’s service. It has been more than 14 days already, and my security deposit refund is still NOT reflected in my account. There has been no clear explanation, no update, and no sense of urgency from their side.

Their so-called “agents” are impossible to contact. Calls are ignored, messages are left unanswered, and following up is a nightmare. Once they have your money, they stop responding. This is not just poor service — it feels like deliberate neglect.

Keeping a client’s money without updates or resolution is unacceptable and raises serious red flags. If you don’t want to chase your own money or deal with endless stress, DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. I deeply regret booking with them and will never recommend this agency to anyone. Youre causing so much inconvenience!
