THE Shipping was alright. The Scope doesn't fit the Air Pistol I bought it for Umarex Trevox 177 cal. Going to have to get a Gunsmith to see if he can make it work.

The M18 is working and shooting accurately, Small issue with a wobbly bolt lockup to the valve, but is usable with some practice.

I bought 2 products from Pinty, from 2 different web stores, one a bullpup air rifle and the other a scope. I received them both extremely fast and they work even better than advertised. Packaging was excellent and they respond to questions.

I am very pleased with this scope. It was priced so low that I thought it was going to be worthless and get what you pay for cheap stuff. However this scope was well above in quality for the price. I don't have a rifle to put another one on but I will definitely purchase another one from pinty when I get another firearm. Thank you for being such reasonably priced and above quality craftsmanship.

I had a defective scope and it took to long to get a replacement, which should be in the mail soon. That said, Pinty came through in the end and is replacing the broken Red Dot Scope. Restored my confidence in your customer service and would buy from Pinty again. I've been buying Pinty products for many years.

I ordered a functional 22. I did not get the item I ordered, instead I was sent a cheap plastic toy. A typical BAIT AND SWITCH scam.

imagine my surprise when i opened the box the ear muffs were in and i found the instruction booklet in some foreign language. pictures so tiny it hard to make out. found the battery compartment by complete accident.
can't say if i will ever buy anything from them again

Pinty Devices has the absolute best customer service of any vendor I've ever dealt with thus far... As an example, I had an order get "lost" during shipping about year or so ago... I contacted them about it and they immediately priority shipped me a replacement with no questions asked... When the "lost" order eventually turned up, I decided to keep it and they let me have it at a discounted price for the inconvenience... My most recent experience involved an item that was shipped in from overseas... It ran a little late so they gave me a partial refund as a Customer Satisfaction gesture... Pinty has quality merchandise at very competitive prices and absolutely unmatched customer service! I am a repeat customer and will continue to buy from them as my needs dictate...
