After wanting to get into something new but not really wanting to part with what I already had I thought I’d explore the world of finance, completely new to me I had no idea what I was getting into so after taking recommendations from friends I spoke to two different independent brokers, after sending bank statements and company accounts and pretty much every bit of information possible and having to chase them up every few days to see what was going on i was told no by both companies.

Feeling a bit deflated I thought I’ll leave it then….. until I saw my dream car come for sale, after a chat with the dealership they put me in touch with Mike at pioneer finance I explained my previous experience with the last two brokers to him and explained my financial situation to him also and he didn’t seem phased one bit, he kept in contact with me daily via phone call or WhatsApp, I didn’t have to call him once to chase up, and after a few days of sending docs here and there he managed to get me accepted with the same lender the other two companies got declined from. I had no confidence at all that he was going to be able to help me after my previous experiences and was so shocked when he called me to tell me the good news!

Now I’m half way through my first week of owning one of my dream cars! Mike not only is fantastic at what he does and went the extra mile to help me get acceptance but he’s a genuine nice guy too! I can’t wait to tick off more dream cars and have Mike as my finance guy to help me do it!

An excellent experience from start to finish.
I’ve dealt with many brokers through the years, and my experience with these guys was second to none.
Prompt, friendly, efficient service from someone who goes the extra mile and then some - it doesn’t get much better. Despite the fact that I’m a quite demanding customer, nothing was too much trouble and I’m now driving my dream car after a smooth transaction which took only a couple of days.
Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone, and I hope to deal with Pioneer again in future.
