Never received shipping notification, tracking data, response from Customer Service when inquiring about these issues and NEVER received the product. Nearly 3 weeks of silence! Chase Credit Card refunded all the charges from PiPi Tea. Truly a useless company.
Do not order from this company!!!!! 1st red flag, no contact number… just an email!!! Then was placed on a subscription which i was unaware of, the only reason i found out, was i saw it on my bank statement. I tried disputing it with my bank. And was denied due to me being on a so called subscription, that i never wanted!! I have sent numerous emails to pipitea and the response i get, is my tea is on its way!!! Stay for away from this company!!!

Ordered special priced 2 bags + 1 free but was charged much higher amount. Emailed support but have NOT received response. Today they put thru another charge. Had to file claim with bank. Did not check reviews first. 😢 Would NOT recommend!!!!!

She said she would reach out & to check my inbox in a few minutes. That was hours ago. Nothing there. I just want my refund of $69.96. That's all I want. Again she did not do what she said she would do. Very disappointed & mistrust now.
Megan reached out to me and said the would refund in full my $69.96. She also said that when the shipment arrives I don't have to return it. I will let you know when this happens. 4-14-26 update.

I got lulled in to buying two bags of tea and get one free, with free shipping. But it wouldn't allow me to pay for it without "taking advantage" of another bargain. So I bought another bag of tea. The total then came to $79! I was scammed. I emailed customer service right away but never got a response.

Without my knowledge, or permission, my credit card was charged for about $69. I called the credit card company and disputed the charges. They are not honoring the Pipi Tea charges. I never want to do business with this company again.

I ordered there special order for buy 3 and get two free.But I figured it up that I was paying for the other two as well plus shipping.My total came to right around $108 and ordered that tea back on March 17th.They said they saw my order and was supposed to give back $10 to be my card.I also asked which state they operated out of and still no response.

It claimed buy 3 bags get 2 free and I was charged for all 5 bags. I have emailed them to cancel but my credit card was charged and no one has responded to me. I never signed up for auto renewal, it was stated no where. There is no phone number to call to stop it and get a refund.

Put me in with the others that seemed to be scammed. Regardless of the tea, I seemed to be placed on their auto shipment. I write to Shem and got a response from Trish saying I’d have to accept the new shipment but will cancelled from future shipments. She offered me a half off the current shipment BUT I have not seen that as yet.
What an awful way to run a business! If you want to try the tea go to Amazon where you can buy a bag but not go through this hassle.
I am awfully disappointed with this company.

This is a scam. They charged my card for subscription renewal and charged me another order on my credit card. I responded to cancel the order because I did not sign up for a subscription. They haven't canceled and are sending me the tea and replied that I did subscribe. I'm notifying my credit card company.

I was mislead from the beginning. The sake was buy 2 @ 19.99 get 1 free. They charged me for 3 and said I was getting the sale price of $34.98 ea spread across 3 pks. What?? The moment they overcharged me I emailed to cancel and refund do not ship. They said I was charged correctly i was mistaken, after 4 days later they said the order shipped and could not stop the shipment. Then willing to offer me a 50% discount for my trouble. Do not buy from them. I'm still trying to get all my money back

I ordered one time. What did I end up getting? A subscription that I did not sign up for. $70 a month that I cannot cancel because there is not a valid telephone number. The phone number associated with the confirmation email they send you says it is no longer in service. The “cancellation” button at the bottom of your “order” that you did not place goes to an error page. The email address that I have emailed to cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for remains to be seen if it is good or not because I have not heard back from them to confirm the cancellation. This is a nightmare. I may have to cancel my credit card just to stop this fraud. Order # 242385 and # 2101375
Update: Megan stopped the subscription and refunded my money for the unordered items. All because she saw this review on Trustpilot. They need a better contact number

I didn't like that it is advertised as buy 3 get 2, but was still charged for all 5 @ 17.99 ($89.97).
It did give great information and am anxious to try.

Buyer beware. You will be scammed by automatic orders charged to the card you used on your first order. No notice prior to the charge and no chance to cancel order before the charge. Not a good way to conduct business in my opinion. Thanks
