Very easy process

Easy to work with and makes you feel like they have your best interest.

I’ve made four payments and have 2 of my 7 debts resolved. Pivotal debt solution doesn’t do anything it’s countywidelegal who actually handles your debts. Very confusing process. They said 2-3 months all debts could be settled. They charge a fee to store your money. Worried I will still be in debt afterwards.

I’m trusting your plan to help me get through this period of financial stress. It makes sense that we can work together in good faith to pay off my bills after negotiating a schedule that I can realistically afford. I’m not an irresponsible person. I need help at this point in my life to keep going.

I felt very safe and felt like everything was done professionally. I have dealt with companies in the past and not feel safe with my money or my security with the company. Thank you for treating me like a person and truly caring for me.
