Excellent printing
Excellent printing, bright clear colors, true price on the site, fast free delivery. The material of the business cards is not ideal, I would like thicker paper, but for this price it is excellent

Music group flag

Quality was reasonably good
Quality was reasonably good, and delivery time was accurate.
It should be noted that while this company uses a .ie web address, the printing is done in Italy.

Had difficulty uploading file. They need to make clear that you have to pay before you can upload the file. Other than this a great experience.

Excellent quality and price
Buying 2 of these foamboard A2 posters was a no-brainer, given the price difference between 1 and 2. They arrived sooner than expected and the print quality is excellent for the book cover reveal for our next release.

They have a terrible system...
In my order of 4 books, 3 books were printed with the wrong specifications and 1 book didn't reach me and no one knows what happened.
In my different order: On 12 August, they sent me an e-mail for the mistakes of my order of 4 different books that I placed on 30 July, and 12 August was the delivery day of those books, and although it has been more than 10 days, I still have not received the books.
If you have an alternative, never deal with this brand. I paid €600 for 8 book editions and I regret it so much that I can't even describe it.

I ordered some business cards on the 6 May and the goods arrived 13 May. I used their card design with my own graphics and everything went off fine. Very pleased!

Blaming customer for delayed shipping
Ordered and item and selected next day. Uploaded the artwork immediately only to get an email saying that because I uploaded the image to late it would not arrive for another week. Bizarre to blame the customer for delayed shipment time. Even if it was uploaded after a certain time deadline surely they would only delay it by another working day. Not a week.

A Complete Turnaround in Service Levels.
I started dealing with Pixart several years ago and found them to be horrendous! They were unreliable, untrustworthy and difficult. So I stopped using them for quite some time. They then came up again in a Google search and I figured I'd give them another try. I was glad I did. They seem to have turned themselves around. I have now done several orders with them and every one of them was delivered on time and to a high quality. Fingers crossed they keep up the good work.
My only gripe is that submitting artwork files online can be very frustrating as they don't seem to have gotten the software quite right with regards to allowing for bleeds and gutters. Hopefully they will get there.
